I'm so happy they started offering this product here! BI-SU is very popular in Japan and people are raving about various health and beauty benefits they experience including better sleep at night, brighter skin, thicker hair/eyebrow/lash, improved PMS etc. I started taking 2 weeks ago and I have to say my sleep quality is better. I used to wake up in the middle of night to use bathroom but that has not happened the last several days. I slept through and woke up with full bladder (sorry TMI). I am not 100% sure if it's because of this product or maybe I had less water before bed unintentionally? I plan on keep taking this product and report back!

Judging by the ingredients list with Bird’s Nest “Essence” being the third product on the list behind rose flower extract, and beet sugar, I am going to guess this is not that effective, and very pricy. There is no picture of the ingredients on Amazon, where most people look, and you have to read deep to see the list. I did not do that and went on good faith that the main ingredient on this would be Bird’s Nest. One would not be able to determine if this worked with a supply of seven, because if it did, it would be a miracle, and everyone would want it.In reading some of the reviews, it is clear that there are some that do not know exactly what Bird’s Nest is as they refer to this as a fish collagen product. Bird’s Nest is not a fish product, it is the nests constructed of hardened saliva regurgitated by swiftlets (Birds). Yes, there are fish collagen peptides added to this product, but the main course of this, and the selling point is Bird’s Nest, a delicacy that is revered in some parts of the world.I ordered this to see if I could buy in to the hype and I have determined that there is no way that this is any better for you than other overpriced collagen products, with just as many fillers.The only reason I gave this product 3 stars is because they promise sustainability in their production, and they have certificates showing good practices.

I love the preciousness of these premium collagen jelly sticks! Not only are they ingeniously designed, but quite effective at giving me skin-loving nutrients, which helps enhance my youthful beauty features! Not to mention, the skin elasticity that’s gifted to me is a welcomed joy.

This is a review for: BI-SU Bird's Nest Essence Collagen Jelly Stick with Vitamin C, Fish Collagen Peptides, Anti Aging, Maintain Skin Elasticity, Immunity Support, Japan Beauty Skin Care Secret, Rose Flavor, 7 PCSI've heard of bird's nest and definitely the controversy surrounding the material before but I was curious since this was sustainable and collected with animal friendly methods.At any rate, if you are familiar with these edible collagen or konjac jelly things, this wouldn't be much of a surprise for you.This is a 7 long pouch set. When you open the pouch, you definitely smell the rose scent.I was hesitant since some of the rose flavored foods can be super overpowering and kind of like drinking perfume, but this was pretty good and enjoyable. You do get the rose but it's not too bad.I did take this at room temperature though it recommends chilling it first.As such, the consistency was kind of flabby and soft. I suspect it might get a little harder when chilled.There isn't much in a single pouch, so this is definitely a luxury item that is quite expensive.I'll finish the 7 I have and update if I see any improvements, I am still a bit skeptical.

I have no idea how long it takes to see results or tell a difference so I can’t speak to that. I will say that it came packaged nicely in sleek individual pouches. I took it plain and it had a pleasant taste of rose with a consistency of jelly. According to their advertisement it is high quality and the price indicates a luxury product!

It was my first time hearing about this product, but was intrigued so i decided to order, First off i have not noticed any changes as far as health benefits, hair, nails ,skin etc. The consistency is like watered down jello, and it has a mild weird taste. I can't say i recommend this product due to the fact that i see no benefits and its on the pricey side.

The Bi Su jelly sticks are nicely packaged and come in rose foiled condiment sized packets. It tastes like rose flavored jello. I would have to purchase the 30 pieces to properly assess the effectiveness and value of this product. I used one packet a day for 7 days and while I enjoyed the flavor, I did not notice any discernible benefit. At this current price point, I would need to see more tangible results to justify buying the 7 piece set.
