This is a wonderful product & the scent is so calming. Unfortunately I encountered a problem after the company mailed me the wrong product - one that i would never use. Probably good quality, but i just don't like the scents. When i asked to have the correct order sent they asked me to return what they mailed me. Due to being high risk during the pandemic I am not comfortable going to the busy post office. I received a rude reply. In this day & age most companies go above & beyond to correct the issue. I was hoping they'd send the correct order at bo cost since the problem wasn't my fault. They offered to send more of the product if I purchased it again. I'm going elsewhere for my incense. How unfortunate.

This incense is okay. If you're familiar with Wildberry Incense, I will say that although pleasant, it's not one of the strongest scents. It will not spread throughout your house like most Wildberry scents. However, it's still better than most products on the market. This product was also overpriced. I did not pay attention to the quantity when making this purchase. Apparently, this seller charges the same amount for a pack of 50 incense sticks that other sellers charge for 100 sticks.

Peace of mind is what this scent gives me. I first heard of it from 5 below.. They ran out so I checked my favorite store! Amazon!

I received this in order of five different fragrances I loved it so much I ordered a pack of 50, oh my the most horrible scent I have ever had in this brand of incense. Then I received the Christmas fragrances which are spectacular, now I have 50 extra in a Ziploc bag because I can’t believe I have to dump them
