This is an amazing product. Installed it very easily and the set up with an NVR was seamless. An amass of different settings and smart events which if your comfortable using then is amazing but you are also able to plug and play and not worry about settings if that's not your thing.Recently had to use footage for a police report and the officers stated it was the best footage/set up they have seen in a residential building and beats most commercial set ups they've dealt with

I have been looking for a P.O.E cctv camera with a 4k quality picture that would work with my alexa show I was advised this Dual screen camera would be compatible.... IT IS NOT even though annke tech support advised me it was i spent hours trying to connect it with the annke vision app with no success and no help from tech support who are only available between 01.00hrs and 16.30hrs uk time customer services or tech support is diabolical there is no uk branch i was waiting over 24hrs everytime for a reply to a query which when you're trying to get a camera working is less than helpful as such I'm afraid I really cannot recommend this camera at all

I purchased this camera as it covers a true 180 degrees area.Setup was very simple and the picture quality and clarity is astounding.I noticed it uses Hikvision firmware to run the camera which I consider one of the best control systems out there.Unfortunately the Synology NAS I am using to record the output does not have a dedicated driver for this camera yet, but that is easily overcome by using the RTSP connection and is no fault of ANNKE.The camera actually developed a fault after ten months of use so I wrote to Annke support and they responded immediately with some firmware updates and correctional advice.Unfortunately the update did not cure the fault so ANNKE sent me a brand new camera the very next day.I really have to say how great it is to have a genuine support team who help without fuss and then replace without an issue.I thoroughly recommend this camera and I have bought two more already.
