It's natural and smells/tastes good. No burning sensation. And I scanned it with the yuka app and it scored really high, since it is very healthy and no harsh chemicals.

Tried other mouthwashes and it always felt like you were swilling your mouth out with petrol? Try this one instead, get good clean dental health without gagging on the taste.

I read one article that said Tom's of Maine mouthwash wasn't good, because it's very acid. On the other hand, when I use the ones that are supposedly more alkaline, I get a lot of pain, which I don't get with this one. I think the alkaline ones may set up an electric current in my mouth, which is naturally acidic -- but I don't know.Still, I did read online that this one is relatively safe for septic systems, so that's good.I may go over to the fluoride version.All this conflicting chemistry information is confusing.

We love Tom’s Mouthwash in my house! It refreshing and makes your mouth feel so clean! Highly recommend!

I am a big fan of using mouth wash after flossing. This is one of my favorite brands because it has Xylitol in it that has been known to help reduce levels of decay causing bacteria in saliva. Which is a bit of a change from their previous formulation that contained sodium fluoride. I have found that post flossing this mouth wash is the best and I love that it isn't alcohol based.

Been using this for years. Like that it's all natural and taste good.
