I switched to metal eyelash comb years ago. Could never going back to using a plastic one. The metal just works so much better. My only complaint is it’s sharp when loose in your make up bag, especially when traveling. I am so glad I found this one. I should get a bunch for my friends who don’t have a clue what they are missing

This works nice to separate eyelashes safely. It combs out any blobs and separates eyelashes. it is a little difficult to get it positioned correctly to begin the comb out. I assume it will become easier the more I use it. I would definitely buy it again.

I love this product! My lashes aren’t clumpy anymore with my mascara.

This gets most of the clumps off my eyelashes after applying mascara. My only complaint is that it's a little too curved for my eye shape, so I can't get down toward the root of my eyelashes without poking myself in the eye with one of the curved ends. I still use it, I just have to be careful. I like that it comes with a little plastic guard to fit over it to keep it clean and avoid damage when it's in the drawer.

I purchased this for someone else, so I wasn't aware of what to look for. The user said that it had a defect. It has a resistant click when using. It was some form of blockage when the device travels from open to close. Being near the eye, you want to be careful. This blockage inside caused great resistance at about 1/2-3/4 of the way up. You have to push hard to get past it. Then, suddenly, it will snap shut. This causes you to nearly poke yourself in the eye each use.I reached out to the seller (Docolor) a few weeks back. I informed them of the issue. I asked if they had any knowledge of this or if this was a one time defect. I understand that happens and was trying to be polite. They didn't clarify, take responsibility, or really answer the question at all. They also didn't offer any resolution, not that I was looking for one. I had to take this cheap item and pay $1 to return it, plus gas. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a replacement.The replacement has the EXACT same problem. This is how they're built. Apparently the JAPONESQUE is very smooth and free flowing. JAPONESQUE brand is much safer. Unfortunately, it was sold out when this was ordered.This seller isn't reputable, and the product is flat out dangerous. I would avoid this brand. The design is a copy of others which are great for travel, apparently. However, this brand has a serious defect in their build and/or factory. It was really a slap in the face for a $7 item. At least I can save others the hassle.
