Fragile Product But They Ship In Plastic Wraps
Was really looking forward to the product and when it was delivered, I was shocked to see it wrapped in just a layer of bubble wrap and a plastic bag. Needless to say, the crystal prisms were broken and shattered. You'd think the seller would send something so fragile in a more sturdy box. Terrible service.

WANTED To Love Them, But...
...when they arrived the FIRST time, the orb had a giant inclusion, looked like seagull dookie sealed in glass, so I returned for an exchange, and the SECOND time, the orb had a crack in the bottom. Didn't even bother to return again. The other four pieces in both sets were perfect. I guess they just have bad balls.
