Nice flavour, tried with both water and soy milk. Does what it says on the packet, high protein keeps you going for longer! Alternatives I've used have generally been more expensive and lower in protein, so this is a good option for me.

Taste not good
Effective shake, full of good stuff, mixes well even in greek yoghurt, only issue is that it taste like cheap plain chocolate. Not nice.
