First of all the the product doesn’t even go down enough in your ear to get anything and where you connected the tool is too big for the size of your earhole so it is not a function able and not comfortable to use .

I received this product and it comes in a very nice display box, it also has a little case that the handle and two attachments fit in. I like that the product doesn’t go too far into the ear canal like a Q-tip or Johnson’s Baby Swab could which is a great safety feature. I used both the spiral and the nubby attachment, neither of which produced any ear wax but it must mean my ears were clean and I just didn’t have any wax buildup which was verified by my physician. One thing I really liked is the nubby attachment gives you a satisfying sensation as it scratches that itch you sometimes get inside your ear and keeps you from poking your ear with anything sharp you might have otherwise used. Very satisfied with the price as well.
