TMS Wheel Lock Clamp Boot Tire Claw Auto Car Truck Rv Boat Trailer Anti-Theft Towing

Our golf cart was stolen when they cut a very thick cable. The wheel lock anti-theft device works wonderful, can't be removed or the golf cart cannot be pushed. Very easy to attach or removed by owner.

I first tried to find something that would secure the trailer coupler. Everything I found was defeat-able or very expensive. Besides, a thief could just tie chains around his hitch and pull my trailer away, regardless of the coupler security. This little item solved it for me. It's sturdy and much more secure for very little investment. No one but the most intent thief with considerable time and tools will steal your trailer with this on. Make sure to use wheel locks, so they don't just jack up your trailer and swap out wheels!

If you really wanted this off the vehicle/trailer to do the grand theft auto thing, it wouldn't take that much. Arms are fairly flimsy for a wheel lock. If you were a little resourceful and had a tire iron handy, I think you could get this thing off the vehicle without rendering it un-driveable. Red 'arms' are bent medium gauge metal, nothing like what you'd find in a professional boot. Will keep the lazy ones away but if somebody had a few minutes to work on this, your vehicle is gone. I'm going to take a welder and reinforce the arms. Locking mechanism isn't horrible and that's really all you're buying. Too bad they went cheap to avoid shipping charges. I would have paid a couple bucks extra if it was beefier. Cheaper for me to fix it than return it.

Product works well on smaller wheels. My trailer for the 13 Boston whaler has like 10 inch rims or something small like that! Easy to use very nice product.

Got two to use on one wagon when parked to make sure it didn't roll either direction. Was surprised that the keys were not interchangeable so I have to mark them to know which to use for which device. Also I wish the device could be set without actually locking it. I have no need to lock, just to set, but the only way to use it is to lock it which means if you lose the key you are in trouble. Rubber protective cap is worthless - doesn't really fit over the key port and gets torn off right away anyway. Since the key port tips downward when in use I'm hoping water in the port won't be a problem. We'll see if the mechanism stays smooth as it ages. Overall good material quality and does the job.

I gave it 5 stars because it’s not anyone’s fault but mine that I was cheap and thought it would “be the same thing as a real one “ it’s not even close !!BUTYou get what you pay for honestly. It’s a great visual deterrent until you’re up close to it . Very light weight, would take probably 2 min to break apart with a pry bar. Easy to attach, and say to use, light to carry.There is a reason a real boot is hundreds of dollars.

Living next to the auto theft capital of the U.S., I saw one of these on a vehicle outside a restaurant. Bought one immediately. Never regretted it. Use it all the time and especially when I travel. Great product at a good price. Highly recommended.

I keep this on my 12ft trailer that I store beside my place when im not using it. Its a great visual deterrent for sure.
