This is stuff works miracles! I used it to clean up one accident and it got all of the smell out. It's tried everything including a professional shampooing. A few spray of this stuff and it's like it never happened. Worth every penny! Streak free and gentle on fabrics. Easy to use and spray. Totally safe for use around kids and pets.

Love this Enzyme Odor Remover for our new puppies accidents that works on our carpets, rugs, and tile floors and hasn’t stained or changed the appearance of any of the the surfaces we have used it on. It safe safe for use with pets but to keep away from from Pets and children?!? To get the urine smell out of chenille rugs, carpets, etc…it states to let it sit for 15 minutes yet it’s not safe to leave down around animals, so I have to cover it with a heavy trash can upside down so they don’t get into it. It definitely removes stains if used as instructed just beware if you do leave it in a very dirty area it lifts old stains and on dark carpet that is noticeable. Great value for the money and has saved me throwing away all my my rugs that I plan to replace but later once our puppy is definitely house broken, just be careful not to let pets lick the area you have treated.

I tried cleaning dog pee from the car mats and carpets with baby wipes, interior cleaner, interior detailer, and a variety of house cleaners. Most of them did a great job of temporarily masking the smell, but the heat quickly brought the smell of urine back. This cleaner is the only thing I’ve used so far that neutralizes and removes the odor. In addition, it has a pleasant smell. For what it cost, I think it was worth every penny.

EDIT: Almost a year later, I'm raising my rating from 3 stars to 4. I find myself reaching for this stuff pretty often, it really comes in handy. In terms of stain removal (the main issue I noted in my review), it works better than I first gave it credit for. It successfully did remove vomit stains from my comforter, which surprised me. I still mainly use this spray on hardwood/tile floors, as whenever my pets do have their infrequent accidents, that's usually where they do it. But I'm pretty happy with how this spray works, and especially with how well it eliminates foul odors. I still do wish that it was better at stain removal overall, but it's not as bad as I originally thought it was, so I can now recommend it more confidently. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this because I saw it recommended again and again for stain/odor removal. For odor elimination it does do the trick, but I am really unimpressed beyond that. This stuff has a strong chemical-y smell, make sure you have windows open or some other kind of ventilation when using it. I tested it on hardwood as well as on my couch - for both surfaces I let it sit for 15 minutes, and then blotted it up (as the bottle says to do). For both, the smell of animal excrements did disappear very quickly, as did the chemical smell of the cleaner itself. I was very happy with that, it does a better job than anything else I've tried, so I'll be using it for that moving forward. It also fully dried in under 24 hours, which is less than the bottle said it needed. Another plus. But then we get to the stain removal side of things. The hardwood that I used it on wasn't stained, so I can't really comment on that. However the couch was, as my cat had vomited, which left some dark residue on the grey fabric. I was aware that this cleaner could cause discoloration, which it did - totally my fault for not testing it on a small inconspicuous section of the couch first, that's on me. So I'm fine with that - it's just the nature of these kinds of chemicals - but what bothered me is that the vomit stain is still there! And I even tried using this cleaner on it again, because I figured it was already discolored so it wouldn't hurt to add more (which it didn't, thankfully). But the slightly dark vomit stain is still visible! Which is very frustrating. The odor is gone, which is a plus, and I will continue using this stuff on hardwood/any other solid surfaces that it's safe to use on. But I would not use this on fabrics, since at least for me it was not only ineffective but also caused more harm than good. If it caused discoloration but fully removed the vomit stain, I would give it five stars - I knew that there was a risk of discoloration in advance, so I'd still be satisfied if it effectively worked as advertised. But because it failed, I'll go with three stars. Use at your own risk when it comes to fabrics, and make sure to ventilate.

My dog has to take furosemide due to CHF. At 11 years of age, sometimes she has a hard time managing her bladder. I have a 12" runner in my hallway and she peed in two places where she sits by the door. (The smell was what clued me in.) I saturated (as instructed) both sides of my runner (with the back side up where the stain was very visible) and just left it over night. The next day my husband asked why the carpet was in a weird position out of place - when I started explaining, those two stains were completely gone. I stuck my nose in every part of that carpet and can only smell "fresh". I am amazed and delighted as this was a relatively new carpet.

We are a 4 dog, 1 cat household and we’ve gone through so many of these bottles through the years and I recommend it to ANYONE who has pets! Works better than most pet stain removers due to being enzyme-based. I used this prior to getting a carpet spot cleaner, worked great with getting stains up using a scrub brush and towels, but using with my spot cleaner is a total game changer. I spray this on the spot after wiping up what I can, put a cleaning rag over it for about 15minutes, then use my spot cleaner to scrub and pull up any excess solution. I will also apply steam using the spot cleaner to help with anything leftover. I use the Bissell Little Green Hydrosteam in tandem with this spray. Works on urine on hard floors and carpet, saved our carpet from dog blowouts when they got into the trash. May smell a bit strong at first, but the smell dissipates once it’s dry. If it’s a bad stain, cover for few hours to overnight with damp rag and it keeps the enzymes working longer then try scrubbing/dabbing again. Love this stuff! I just wish the gallon size came with the accushot sprayer!

Has an odor but works to neutralize the dog accudent

Purchaed our first ever full blooded puppy, a chocolate lab, for our 6 year old daughter. We went from 3 big dogs to 0 within a year (they were just good old dogs) and it was so hard on us. Why I thought a full blooded puppy would be smarter and easier on us to train is beyond me.. she has been an absolute HANDFUL, I including potty training. My other dogs were fully trained as puppies within 2 weeks, not this nutcase. Lol She only wanted to pee on hard surfaces, specifically our garage floor. 🤢 This spray literally eliminated the smell and helped us to break her of the habit. My only wish is that I'd know about it sooner. Happy to report potty training is now complete, but I still use this on muddy paws and garage grime my husband likes to track in. 🫠 20/10

Best stuff to use in biological stains or spills…

I use it regularly on my pet's washable pee pads and they come out white as new and the room smells good.

My daughter managed to throw up all over the back of my car. For various reasons, I wasn't able to attempt anything but the most basic of clean-ups for a couple of days. The smell was so horrendous (despite thorough ventilation) that I was seriously worried I might never be able to get rid of it. Two applications of this stuff and you'd never know there'd been a problem. Can't recommend highly enough.

Espectacular, es un poco caro pero super bueno para los olores, soy muy delicada con la limpieza y solo queria limpiarle a mi perro con cloro y se que les hace daño, esto quita los olores y mejor, el único PERO deja el piso como grasoso como manchado ( mi piso es porcelanato brillante)
