ものはいいのですけど
物は良いと思うのですが、、、、。 今朝、目玉焼きを作るのに使用しましたが、蓋をかぶせた際に、黄身に当たります。 ウインナーもやってみましたが、同じます。 蓋が内側に入る分、焼く部分の高さがなく若干 浅いです。 真っ平らの硝子蓋なので、縁があったり、ドーム型や外側の縁に乗せるような蓋ならよかったのに。 もしくはもう5mmほど フライパンが深かったら良かったと思います。 良いものを買っただけに、ダメな点が目立ちすぎ とても残念です。 蓋の必要のない料理なら問題ないと思います。

Perfect size to pair with English muffins.
This is the perfect size to make eggs to put on English muffins. Easy to clean and well made. Just be careful with he glass lid, it gets scorching hot. I did burn myself when I accidentally touched it while lifting it off.
