It came perfectly packaged and exactly like I wanted, the only thing I could want to change is to get rid of the raised '2' on the top of the lid and the side of the product, but that is not something that takes away from the quality at all. It's exactly what I wanted and at the perfect price. The look is very simple which will fit what I'm using it for, mainly as a prop for a scene I'm making of a witches hut. This will fit perfectly into the dark scene so the '2' won't even be visible in the dark lighting. I am very excited to fill it with boiling water and add some dry ice for a nice creepy effect.

We loved this pot! I have several cast iron pots but this one is different than all the others. We recently purchased a cowboy grill which has a hook to hang a pot to make stew and chili ect. So fun but in order to put the pot directly on the grill coals we made a ring to support it out of stones which is ok in theory but we didn't have even or level ones and it couldn't be moved around depending on where the heat was in the pit. This solved the issue as the legs on this pot are long and sturdy. Easy to hang or change around depending on where the coals are and the heat wanted.

I volunteer at a ren faire and needed something to cook in for the guild I'm in. This cauldron is amazing! It was very fun to cook with and easy to clean once I got steel wool. I highly recommend this cauldron.

My wife is very interested in period/recreation cooking and has wanted one of these as they are quite close to historical ones (compared to dutch ovens and more modern fire cooking pots.) She was very pleased to receive it as she can now try several whole chicken recipes.

Staring to trust after washing and oiling.

Already cooked several meals to perfection. I use it with a tripod over the fire but with the legs you can easily set on coals directly. Really well made. High Recommend!!

Great for all types of camp cookouts... Baked beans, stews, and soup.Only issue I had was that I needed to clean up the casting on the pot to deal with the lid

the coolest cauldron ever. fit great in our fireplace and my wife made the BEST chili I have ever tasted and she did it old school style. I am even happier about the price. buy this!!!
