I was pleasantly surprised by how much I love this belt. No special tools needed, which I appreciated.The only downside was the instruction manual, which had several typos. That said, the directions were still perfectly understandable, and it didn’t take me more than a couple of minutes to get everything set up.Overall, this is a fantastic belt that combines smart design with great presentation. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort, style, and a precise fit.

I just needed a new belt for cheap, didn't really care what it was. I went to Amazon figuring they might have something that wasn't made out of gd cardboard like Walmart & such. This came and it was one of those items you never gave much thought to (obviously, for me at least) but comes as an unexpectedly pleasant surprise that something so mundane could have an appreciable impact on your comfort. It seems trivial, but it's nice not having to hoist the belt backward to cram the buckle post through the notch hole... the very motion of which is what ends up wearing my belt out (depending on how fat I'm getting again and how long I can pretend I still fit into that particular notch). Anyway, I came back on and ordered 2 more while the gettin's good, even though, ironically, I expect them to outlast all the other belts I've had and probably don't need more.

I never new that there were (are) belts like these. I am so happy I came across this belt. The color and the leather are perfect. It is very well made and I love how it functions. This is the perfect size for me and I did not need to alter the length at all. It is so easy to insert one end in the buckle and clamp it down. Once it is clamped down it's not going anywhere. Then you simply put the other end through your belt loops of your pants and slide the end through the buckle until the ratchet mechanism makes it snug enough for your comfort. Easy peasy!! When you are ready to loosen it or remove it, or loosen it because you ate too much, you just simply push the level in and wella! The buckle and belt options are great and I love the one I chose The buckle is of high quality and looks to last a lifetime. The buckle also has a very nice finish to it. I never new this type of belt existed. I will for sure be buying another one and another one. Love it! Get ya self one and you won't regret it. Oh yeah, the price is crazy. When I buy belts at big or medium size clothing store, the price exceeds what I paid for this one. Thanks for reading my review. This belt is worth looking into. Having never had a "click" belt I was a little skeptical but since it was a "Prime Day" special I decided to take a chance. Once receiving the belt and having some time to try it out, I'm wishing I had done this much sooner. The belt is nice, though not completely leather, more of a leather topped belt, but for the price I wasn't expecting true leather all the way through. It's easy to trim to size and a breeze to adjust once in place. Will definitely be getting more colors in the future.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I started with 2 belts, and now have 4. These are an excellent product. In may case, I carry a cell phone in a "holster" on my belts...which requires adjustments in how tight the belt is, or it sags. Yet that may be tighter when you are standing and moving, but not necessary when you sitting. This allows you to adjust to just the right "tightness", for the circumstnaces, easily without alot of unbuckle and rebuckle that a typical belt requires.

Ever since I switched to ratchet lock belts, I've thrown away all my other belts. They last longer, have a simple design and use, and if you have an emergency, you don't have to fumble getting it unbuckled, and you just have to hold the lever and pull the strap out, avoiding any doo doo stains.

It was a gift for my husband who wears a 32-34 size belt so I ordered the 34-36 so he could cut off the end. He loves it but said he needs a little shorter so I ordered another belt just like it 28-32 I think it is. I’m giving him this one on his birthday next Sunday. He really likes the belt and I’m so glad I ordered it for him!

Great quality belt. It looks good and functions perfectly. The ratcheting mechanism allows me to adjust the belt effortlessly to whatever the current size I may need (sometimes my pants feel a little too loose, depending on time of day or type of activity.)
