This is in some ways a great machine - it takes water out of the air quickly. BUT do not be fooled by all the Vine customer reviews. It is impossible to understand how to operate it. The app has no features apart from on/off. The panel on the top of the unit is too complicated for me so I have no idea what is happening on the bl**dy thing. Also, you can buy it (if you want) for a lot less from the Duux website - they've discounted to around £170 maybe because they're getting rid of them as no-one can work out how to use it.

Not easiest to set up but once you get it going it's a doddle to use. Set it on auto and leave it to do its thing.Large enough water receptacle to keep from emptying too often.

1. Good on the minimal noise - can place at bedroom but it is heavy to move.2. Good humidistat, so energy efficient I think so.3. Can’t control the dehumidifier with my phone using the Duux smartphone app, ie. can’t control it remotely (thru lower speed Wifi by downgrade my home Wi-Fi to suit this app - impossible & out-date). Make me feel very upset.4. Can’t have the timer setting on and off - then I can’t switch on the dehumidifier at the midnight ( from 3am to 5am - higher condensation period).

Absolutely love it. Had it 2 days and it's does an amazing job at reducing the damp and condensation in the house already. Only criticism is it's quite heavy even when empty

Works perfect,good controls,not too noisy.A bit heavy for manoeuvre, but with empty tank not too bad.
