Holy Moly I LOVE this thing!
I'm wondering where this godsend has been hiding all of my life. I'm a massage therapist that specializes in deep tissue, among other things. I have a new client that likes a ridiculous amount of pressure, and I cannot go deep enough for her without compromising my hands & shoulders. I just got the Lezer tool delivered today. It's a complete game changer. I didn't realize how jacked my neck has gotten. Ten minutes with this tool, and my neck feels like butter! It's easy and comfortable to hold. It has a light texture on it, so you can still grip it with oily hands. However, it's still smooth enough to use without oil, in a pinch. You can use the points to target a trigger point. The double points are perfect for the back of the neck, hitting both sides on either side of the spine at the same time. The sides of the tool are great for ironing with pressure. I wish I had this tool for the past 16 years of my practice.I used the green, soft one today, and was very happy with the amount of pressure. I also purchased an orange (Medium hardness) one, but I have not tried it yet.

Professional massage therapy tool
I've worked in the massage profession since 2005, and really wish I'd known about this tool much earlier on. This is the perfect size and shape to deliver excellent pressure without injuring your thumbs for the majority of locations of the body (basically everything but sensitive locations like the neck). The underside has a concave divot that is suitable for pressing either your palm or tucking the majority of your thumb into. The material it's made of is able to maintain traction while your hands and the client's body are coated in a reasonable amount of cream (I used both Biotone's Dual Purpose and Advanced Therapy creams to test). I find as a therapist that the usage of the tool is intuitive, hands falling naturally into positions depending on which point I want to use - and each point does have a slightly different purpose. My modalities include deep tissue, shiatsu, acupressure, and trigger point - I doubt this will help with the standard Swedish effleurage, but for targeting specific knots and applying the pressure needed to relieve the adhesion, this is perfect.Advice for non-professionals: this can be used for yourself in the relief of pain in your extremities, but like most massage, you can't really use this on yourself for the core body. If you're using this on another person, start with the top point, with the concave base of the tool resting in your palm. With your free hand, find the knot, then find the highest point on the knot. Carefully settle the tool's top point on the top of the knot, and be extra mindful of the person's level of pain - as well as your own stability. Go slow and it should be fine. I recommend placing your free hand in such a way as to protect any sensitive nearby areas in case you do slip. The spine, for example.Alongside the Massage Star (also available on Amazon), this tool has become one of my two essential tools. I bought the blue one, and they were right, it's great for professional use. Very highly recommended.

Effective and affordable
This is a great little tool for the price! I’m currently recovering from a pulled back, and this is helping me get on my feet (literally). Using heat first can get you relaxed enough to use it and prevent more spasming. Make sure to lean into the trigger point it and slowly apply more and more pressure. Hold it there until you feel the muscle loosen, then lean into in some more. This will be painful at first. Go as slow and gentle as you want. The orange tool is quite firm, which I like. Get the softer one if you don’t like firm pressure. 10/10 for value for your money.

Sturdy and well made from quality material
This is a sturdy and well built little physical therapy product that is easily small enough to bring with you anywhere you need to go. It is discreet in size and something I could see even using during a work zoom call or meeting without anyone noticing. Now depending on your physical level and sensitivity, it could be either just what you need, or perhaps a little too firm for you. If it is too firm, it almost seems as if you need it the most. The entire point of the trigger point product is to help relieve tightness and aid with pain relief.Almost like the foam rollers don't exactly feel good, but you can tell they are helping as they should. This is made from study and firm material and I never once felt that it couldn't support my full weight. I am 180lbs and 5'8. I used it in various parts that is struggle with such as extremely tight hip flexors, piriformous syndrome, and tights shoulders due to cervical spine compression. This was able to reach each part with zero problems.I have a high pain tolerance and usually ask for any massage to dig in deeper and stronger. So this did not hurt me at all. But I also have to add I'm in rough shape, haha, I'm constantly trying to loosen these major muscular groups..I didn't pay attention when purchasing and didn't realize how small it was. That is my one "complaint" which I blame only myself for. I'm only bringing it up to make others aware. I'm attaching pics with a standard lighter for comparison scale. I'm going to keep it and hope it can get to smaller areas and keep practicing. Iove the various angles it offers for a multitude of hard to reach muscle groups.
