Seriously the best coffee maker I've owned!!!
Let me start by saying we drink at least 2 pots of coffee a day in my house. I have owned lots of coffee pots. We prefer the 14 cup ones at this point, to allow everyone enough in the morning for coffee at home and for to-go cups to take along. There is kind of slim pickings when it comes to the 14 cup size coffee makers. The last two I've owned were Braun and Cuisinart , 14 cup. Both were attractive and brewed fine. But...both of them dripped when pouring. EVERY TIME. Once I called Cuisinart to ask for a new pot, thinking it was just a fluke. They were nice enough to send a new pot, which dripped just as bad as the first one. I gave up and used it for a few years until it stopped working. I did not even really realize how annoying that constant dripping all over my counters was, until I got this Ninja coffee pot that has NEVER dripped once in the month that I've had it! I'm so grateful! We love the separate water container, which is new for us. It's much more convenient than using your coffee pot to fill. That usually drips on the counter too, in spite of how slow and careful you try to be. So, this separate container with a lid to seal it has been great! The coffee pot itself is very attractive. It's about the normal size of any other coffee pot. I like that there are no sides. It makes the pot easy to get out and one less surface to clean. The warmer works great and is smooth, so easy to wipe down and keep clean. The display was one of the easier ones I've had to figure out. Pretty self explanatory for the most part. And, I think it brews better coffee than either of my last two pots and it's faster.I just really can't find anything about this pot to complain about! I've never had a Ninja product in my life, so wasn't sure what to expect. After the last two dripping insanely I figured I'd try something different. I'm so glad I did. This has been the best experience ever with a new coffee pot! I would TOTALLY recommend if your looking for a 14 cup, non-dripping, beautiful coffee maker.

Makes a good cup of Coffee in my opinion. Overall I'm pleased.
Makes a great cup of coffee in my opinion. Just get some paper filters. Most are for 12 not 14 I even bought some here that were for 14 cups but the grind leaked over and some ended in my coffee yuk. if you use the include reusable filter you won't have that issue but you do get some silt from the coffee unlike a paper filter. I Used Classic instead of Rich. Classic was strong enough for me and was quicker to brew I was using 8 O'clock pre-grounded coffee FYI. Rich is too slow for me and was bitter and not rich smooth taste. My old Coffee brewer I had to set it dark to make it taste as good as this Ninja on classic. Timer works for me and LED read out was easy to read. I just keep the water container in place and fill it with a pitcher from my filter water system. I doesn't leak when I pour normally. If you are want a cup before it finish if you pull up and out you will get drips on the heater pad. If you pull out without pushing up that keeps the spring stopper from leaking. No numbers on Carafe but it on the water container FYI. Overall I'm pleased.

Great Coffee Maker!
I bought the Ninja coffee maker for the programmable feature. It really makes good, hot coffee and is easy to program. I got the 14 cup size since we make a pot every morning and pour it into a thermal carafe to drink throughout the day where it stays very hot. It is easy to make less if desired but nice to have the option for more. It looks great on my counter, does not take up too much space and can be pushed under the cabinets after brewing. I brew it on the rich cycle which makes a delicious and smooth cup of rich coffee, not at all bitter. I have found that I can use less coffee, six level scoops for twelve cups, than in our previous coffee maker, saving us money. The included attached scoop is very handy. I drink my coffee black and I do not like weak coffee so I am very happy with this ratio. The sprayer head evenly moistens the grounds so there aren't any dry spots in the basket. The higher temperature really extracts the most flavor from the beans. I program it at night so I do not have to wait for the coffee to be made. I do use the paper filters rather than the included gold filter, personal preference, since our coffee is finely ground and I do not want any bits of coffee in my mug. I haven't even tried the gold filter, so it may work perfectly. I plan to clean it monthly since we are using good well water rather than filtered water, which is recommended. The cleaning process is simple and it has a cleaning cycle. I use white vinegar as recommended. Daily I rinse out the carafe, filter basket and water container and leave them upside down to drain which another reviewer recommended. I want to take good care of this machine since we value good coffee. I did get the 4 year warranty since I know coffee makers don't last too long. Hopefully this Ninja will hold up!

Error 11 Issue
After many reviews on Amazon and the web I decided to buy this coffee maker. Received the product on July 5 and the first couple of days it was fine but after the third day it kept giving me an Error 11 after brewing and the only way to erase it was to unplug it wait a few seconds and plug it back in. Read up on this error and it is a common issue. Called Ninja support and the responded with it’s a common error and that what they could do was to replace the base. I had to send them a picture of the cut cord from the base and the serial number. This was in Thursday and the product hasn’t shipped they said it would take 7 to10 days meanwhile I’m without a coffee maker. Support was very nice but the urgency to get you the product wasn’t there. I hope the new base works. Update 7/15/25 still haven’t received my base for the coffee maker. I have called multiple time to ninja support and all they keep saying is that it has shipped but when I try tracking it, it says processing. Called to see if it was the same tracking they said yes. Called again to confirm and they said no it’s a different one they gave it to me and I read it back twice to confirm . Looked on OnTrac and tracking number is invalid. This is so frustrating I should of just tortured it to Amazon and would of received faster service or refund!
