I've began using this product about 8 years ago and have noticed a significant difference in my mental clarity and memory when I take it compared to when I miss a dose. I honestly wouldn't want to live without it!

Okay, disclosure: I just received my first order of two bottles yesterday. So, I have no results to report from personal experience yet. It does it much more effectively at double the dose, 400 mgs daily. I have a critical issue. I only got to take these for two weeks, and then my surgeon insisted I stop taking them because I had to undergo back surgery. That is past. I don't believe two weeks was sufficient time to judge their effectiveness. I am on a fixed budget and have to wait a while until I can afford to buy another months supply. Then I will take a 6 weeks trial and report back here. I can say I experienced no I'll side effects, upset stomach, etc. Easy to swallow.

Just got my bottle today and will start tomorrow. I did some AI research on the ingredients, and it sounds promising. The only thing is the double-blind tests were done with doses of 400 and 600 MG. this product's active ingredient has only 100 MG per dose. I may be that the formulation can make a difference. Anyway, I'll come back in a month to let you know how I did. But, the clinical testing looks promising.
