Review: Amazing retrofit smart door lock - I have a whole ecosystem of retrofitted Switchbot products and this door lock together with the touch keypad is one of the best things that they could have come up with. It doesn't require any screws or drilling and works right out of the box - they even provide the batteries. The lock activates with the pin, fingerprints, NFC card and the NFC tag, and I love the different ways I can unlock my door. While the respond speed between the touchpad and the lock isn't instantaneous (about 2 seconds for it to unlock), it works great and I haven't gotten a hiccup thus far. One thing I will say is that their support team has been amazing with questions I have about the product

I have a whole ecosystem of retrofitted Switchbot products and this door lock together with the touch keypad is one of the best things that they could have come up with. It doesn't require any screws or drilling and works right out of the box - they even provide the batteries. The lock activates with the pin, fingerprints, NFC card and the NFC tag, and I love the different ways I can unlock my door. While the respond speed between the touchpad and the lock isn't instantaneous (about 2 seconds for it to unlock), it works great and I haven't gotten a hiccup thus far. One thing I will say is that their support team has been amazing with questions I have about the product

With fast unlocking, the unlocking speed improves quite a bit, also I don’t see to much of the battery drain. It sometimes failed to read my fingerprints, I will have to push my finger harder or reposition my finger a little bit, but for this price, I will live with it.
