Aloha Candy | Fresh Pick and Mix Sweets - 'Movie Night' Mixed 800g Pouch

This 900g bag of sweets from Aloha is great, but arguably a tad expensive if you look at the per 100g price. The resealable bag contains a wide variety of differing sweets from the odd "Sour", to gummy bear, to cola bottles. There is something for everyone in the bag.We used ours for a kids party to fill a few little bowels on the party table and as you'd expect, they went down a sugar-high-storm. That is something to bear in mind though and on the back of the bag the ingredients are listed, (including E numbers - see my photo), as well as a warning that it "May have an adverse affect on activity and attention of children" so it's probably best to maybe limit amounts and not let them run wild on the bag.If you are happy with the price then the sweets are tasty!

These sweeties are yummy yummy, lots of different sweets inside and plenty too, nice package that is resealable.These are a great idea for movie nights or holidays also for gifts too.I do feel it is expensive though for a bag of sweets.

The Aloha Candy ‘Movie Night mix’ sweets are delicious; it contains a mouthwatering mix of jellies, sugar-coated jellies, foam sweets and fondant-filled cables.You get a whopping 900g of sweets in a resealable pack, so it’ll cover more than one movie night, if that’s when you choose to eat them. They’re not just for movies though, but be warned: they’re very addictive and you can’t stop yourself from having ‘just one more’.The mixture of flavours is lovely and I was delighted to find some of my old childhood favourites among them; fried eggs, false teeth, foam bananas, foam shrimps, cola bottles and cherry lips, to name but a few.Priced at £11.95 for 900g (at the time of review), I think they’re well worth £1.33 per 100g and I’m more than happy to recommend this fabulous bag of sweets.

Great selection of sweets and gummies, you get gummy worms as well as teeth and egg and cola bottles and such,they're all chewy sweets and my 5 year old daughter has even enjoyed the mix of sweets. Overall good quality and very tasty.

I have always loved Pick and Mix sweets but, to be honest, the idea of actually picking sweets where others have mixed (so to speak!) is now more than ever decidedly unappealing, so a big plus with this bag is you get the mix without picking!The bag, which is resealable, is 900g so plenty to go round. This is a great mix of sweets with all the old favourites including fried eggs, shrimps, bottles, bananas etc. As the mix is called ‘Movie Night’ it only seemed right that we should put on a film and sit back and enjoy our sweets, albeit in a dish rather than paper bags! We loved them, there was a good mix of all the different sweets and whilst we had our favourites, there was not any we did not like. They are really tasty and I would not hesitate to have them again.Obviously they are very sugary so it’s a good idea to not overindulge but I must admit it is quite hard! If you want a really yummy bag of sweets, especially for movie night, this is a great choice and, when you consider the cost of traditional pick and mix, the value seems fair too.

A fresh and Pleasant tasty selection that is ideal for that well needed sugar kick. Lot of classic sweets going back to when i was a child from ice cream van favourites or even woolies/shop pick n mix or 1p mix up and I to be fair I appreciated and enjoyed every single one i picked from the bag. Decent share size selection or a treat for yourself.Offer excellent value for money and ill no doubt buy another.

Tasty treat for movie night, a real treat considering the size and weight of the bag. Lots of variety and great flavour, a fair price honestly. I’d definitely recommend and eat again!

I have thoroughly enjoyed this amazing selection of sweets.They came on my sons birthday and so I put them out straight away. They were an absolute hit and everyone asked where I had gotten them so of course I shared with everyone!I will definitely get more and gift them too.
