These just enchanted my five grandchildren aged 3 to 12. I filled them with their favorites -- Ring Pops, Pez, jelly beans, Reece peanut butter eggs, etc -- and they eyed them throughout the lamb dinner. When I finally said, okay go get 'em, they're your dessert, they were all over them. Played with them all the next week. My Harry Potter fan said he felt like Harry Potter getting a "goblet of fire." They're pretty sophisticated kids so I was gratified how thrilled they were with these "ostrich-sized" eggs. Just like Halloween, inventorying the candy haul was half the fun, so, word to the wise, if you're passing them out to a passel of kids,make sure the contents are all identical, or at least "even," because they will be checking! They are easy to put together and take apart but once you've snapped them together, they stay that way until deliberately opened. If they were always falling apart it would have been very disappointing. I have some left for next Easter -- can't wait!

When the eggs arrived, they were almost exactly as I had expected. I did not realize that they would be as see through as they are but that didn’t bother me at all. I received 13 tops and 12 bottoms, where I was expecting 12 of both so I cannot complain (someone else might though if they didn’t get their one lid! I used these to put mini alcohol bottles into for an adult Easter party and as you can see from the picture have put them on the table until then. I’ve gotten a few comments about how cheerful of a centerpiece they make so I may end up buying more for next year to use for show.

Very disappointed. There were a few reviews that seemed poor, but enough good reviews that I thought I would be fine. I opened my amazon package to see "DEFECTIVE" written in black bold letters across the package of eggs. That's a bad sign to begin with. I only have 5 eggs that match tops and bottoms. I have one more that matches, but the bottom was CRACKED. And then 4 more purple egg tops? I only have 16 pieces total, so I'm missing 6 bottoms and 2 tops. Really disappointed and hope the seller will resolve the issue.The eggs do seem sturdy and well made. I am pleased with how large they are.

I love the size of these eggs. They will hold a good amount. The size is as described and they arrived in a timely manner.The first order came wrapped in three separate bags, with the outer bag marked as “defective”. There’s were only 8 eggs, instead of 12, but were intact. Amazon refunded the price, so no complaints there, they were great. I placed a reorder since I was having a hard time finding big enough eggs, hoping it was a fluke and I would get a full order this time. I got a full order, but 1 egg had a crack on the rim and 2 others had cracks on the bottom. I kept them because I needed some eggs that were big enough, but I don’t think I would buy these again.

These eggs are quite nice and larger than I expected them to be. They are made of a good sturdy plastic and easy to put together. The only problem is I was shorted in my order. I receive nine complete eggs and then five individual halves of the larger side. I was very disappointed because I needed a dozen for my Easter Egg hunt, so I ended up taping together two of the larger sides of the egg to make it work, but I still came up short one egg. I would order these again and would hope that whoever packages them counts them correctly.

These are great! Nice quality, like the flat bottom so you can sit your egg on its end! I'm using them for resin projects. I'm making a clay dinosaur embro and putting it in the egg and filling it with amber colored resin. Then I will have my very own baby dinosaur in it's amber egg case. The crafting ideas are endless with these! Very happy and will purchase more!!! Recommended!

I used these to make dragon egg candles. I punctured a hole in the top added very hot wax to them. Let then set in a cool environment. The plastic did weaken some to the hot wax, but obviously considering they're easter eggs that was not the intended use for them. They survived making 24 dragon eggs. Handled hot wax and a cool icebox well without loosing they're shape or cracking. Super impressed. Also a good size to hide small toys and large candy.

Cost wise these were good for my project.Unfortunately when packing this items they didn’t check to see if corresponding bottoms were with tops. In one package I got 7 blue tops and one blue bottom. So I am unable to put together 3 of the 4 blue eggs.
