This bender is well-made and works great. The included instructions are easy to understand and follow. The water cooling system is a little cumbersome, but it works well. The bender is sturdy and easy to use. The bender works well on ABS plastics, but some trial and error is required. There are many YouTube videos that help with various techniques. But, in simple terms, more heat with longer times is needed the thicker the material. Sharp folds are capable with the correct temperature and time.

The media could not be loaded. I gave this plastic bender 4 stars because it does make bend plastic easy. If I could have given it 3-1/2 I would have because of some of the quirks it has. This bender is an assembly of off the shelf components that does work as expected but the parts aren't well integrated. For starters the rotary scale on the power supply is upside down on the unit, not a big deal, but it makes it a little harder to read. I will see about pulling off the knob and seeing if I can spin it around and put the knob back on to make it readable. Second item is the water temp display which is a loose display with a bevel that's intended to be snapped into some type of housing. Mine didn't come with the 2 watch batteries needed to power it, also the unit and the instructions don't list what battery type is needed. I got lucky and had a couple in my junk draw that were the right size. The wire that goes from the display to the temp probe comes out on the opposite side from the direction the wire needs to go to get to the water supply. I zip tied the wire to one of the water tubes to make it more manageable and to be sure that the probe will stay in the water. I couldn't tie down the display itself since you have to take out the batteries in order to turn it off. This is where an on/off switch would be nice and make it easier to set up. Those are the quirks I encountered in getting it set up and it looked like a science fair project when I was done. That being said I was impressed with how quickly and accurately it allowed me to bend up some black plastic sheeting. I use this type of ABS plastic to build trim panels for cars and have struggled in the past to make nice clean straight bends. Not any more!! I also like that the unit comes with a spare element, connector ends and glass tube for when the installed element wears out.
