Gets the job done

Poor Quality- Several Broken Pieces
The rubber tip on several of the replacement heads broke off extremely easily when using. It is almost dangerous with the parts breaking off in the ear.

A CONSISTENT PRODUCT
My wife and I have purchased and used this product for a few years as a nutritional supplement to add fiber to our diet. This, as part of an effort to improve our diets and general health with high fiber foods. They are incorporated as a daily part of our ingestion of prescribed and "over the counter" medications and supplements. It is easy and aids us in attaining the daily recommendation of fiber in a healthy diet. It is easy to purchase at Amazon. We each use 2 caps in the AM and the same at dinner time. So we repeat our order of two 500 cap bottles once a year. It is easy, fast and the product is the same every time..

Main tool too small
The spiral tips are too narrow - even for big kid’s ears. It grabbed nothing at all. However the metal extras are good so I don’t consider it a waste of $7.99.

the rubber one too big
The rubber tip is too big, awkward to use. Maybe it won't hurt your ear canal, but not efficient to remove wax.
