Poor battery life and patchy keyboard
The biggest issue is the battery - can't say for sure how long it lasts for as every day it has a different behavior. Sometimes it shows 8 hours remaining then drops to 2 hours, goes back up to 5 hours and really dies after 3-4 hours. The display is great and Windows is pretty quick. However there are moments when the fan is running fast without a clear reason. The keyboard has its own issue: if the backlight is enabled, but not active, whenever I start typing it skips 1 or 2 keys. If the backlight is completely disabled, the keyboard works fine.I have installed all drivers, BIOS etc. and it seems to be better, but not completely cured. It is also very picky about accessories: charging is slower with any other adapter but Samsung and it's even slower when using USB-C to multiport adapters.

Wonderful device, and great deal
I've been eyeing one of these for a while. I wasn't sure about this item given the price, other reviews on this and similar listings at this time, and that the Samsung list price is around 1279. But the model number is right there, SM-W723NZKAXAR, which you can look up on Samsung site. And the 'consumer' model with the same hardware specs but the lesser windows license instead of Pro is listed on amazon now for comparable to the full list price 1200-1300... which left me wondering, whats up with this, for only 719(at the time)? Its 600 less and has the more expensive pro key but aside that is the same device. So many issues these days with fakes and grey market, etc. it can be tricky. But with it being prime, giving the amazon return policy, I figured it was worth a shot. I used the Better Choice Online. The verdict on arrival? Happy Days! Mint in box new, all the factory seals and wrappings. Loaded it up and confirmed all the hardware specs show up correctly in windows - photos attached. I've been putting it through its paces testing, configuring it up and customizing it, loaded all my apps and this runs great. This is an amazing deal it seems to me. We even ordered a second one.And finally having it in person, I'm really impressed with this Samsung very high quality device. And the keyboard/case/stand thing, is actually pretty cool. Its flexible but sorta solid, and magnetic. Its very strongly magnetic to the tablet so it grips really great. The only thing I miss are left and right mouse buttons off the touch pad. So you have to do the tap, two finger tap, etc. That takes a little adjusting from the other laptop touch pad I'm used to using. Drag and scroll, its often easier to reach up and touch the screen. But bringing along a Bluetooth mouse will solve that for those times when using it more like a laptop/desktop. Or of course you could just use the pen too.The touch screen resolution and pen are awesome. And of course the OLED screen is gorgeous. Love it. You can also pop in a micro sd card. The WiFi on it is strong on reception. It sees a lot of WiFi my others don't, a few it sees I know are actually down the street a bit.I hate windows 10 though, its still awful, but best is this model has Pro, so you can change to the business branch and pause updates, among other things like edit local gpo's. Then turn all the garbage off and customize it to acceptability. Its visually very good on this screen. But with this sweet device, since its windows, not only can I run Visual Studio, Unity, photo and graphics editing tools, business productivity software, and Steam (not android steam lite)... I can fire up a VirtualBox VM and run Android on it, and whatever else for that matter. While on a pure android tablet, I can't do any of that. Maybe someday. Oh and did I mention the dreamy screen with refined touch and pen controls? Yes, this is very nice.UPDATE:OK to be fair, this tablet due to the intel cpu, does not perform well for virtualization. So, don't expect much in that regard. You can run some small vm, but it may be sluggish. Also, Unity doesn't perform very well either, depending on what you are running. A small project OK. Animating larger projects with lots of objects, not so much. Though you can run stuff etc. Just don't expect fluid smoothness like on a better cpu.Overall, this is still a very nice tablet, with gorgeous screen.

diffiult to use and way too expensive!!!
This is the worst Samsung computer I've ever used! The screen is so ultra sensitive to tiny movements or slightest touch. Using the stylus helps, but should not be required for simple navigation! Not worth the price! If it says 'Pro' in the name, don't buy it!

The console no longer starts because of a battery error.
Six months have passed since I purchased Galaxybook. The battery will no longer be charged and the console will not be available.

Two words: SAMSUNG & OLED... nuff said
Top notch, battery life is good, speed is good (runs Lightroom and everything else great)... I'm not wild about silver and grey but hey maybe its time for a fashion change. I replaced my previous Galaxy Book 12in 1GHZ and it was a very worthy replacement... the 2 USB ports alone was worth the upgrade. I would give this series of tablets a 10 out of 5 if I could.

Excellent product.
Good quality. Very fast performance. Battery life little less than advertise.

It is more of a miniature computer that I can manage to live with everyday.
I like the fact that it is small and fast enough to handle 3d software. I can efficiently run 3d and do a decent job in a timely manner. Overall, this is the best tablet/small computer I ever had.
