Package Delivery Boxes for Outside, Extra Large Capacity Modern Mailbox, Outdoor Freestanding Porch Box for Package (Black)

I read a lot of reviews on this mail box that say the instructions were unclear and that it was hard to put together. Perhaps the manufacturer has improved the instructions as I found them to be very clear, plus they included a link to a very well done step by step video. The only problem I have with this box is there is no place to put outgoing mail, but we send so little mail anymore that it's not a big problem.

Looks good but it is really light weight construction like a poorly made filing cabinet. Its a bit of a chore to put together and the instructions are hard to follow. When the package door is open you can fit your arm down inside to the package chamber. Once its put together there's really no way to take it apart and send it back so I'm stuck with it.

In fact, it is very enormous, and I believe that this capacity is one of the product's most significant advantages. As someone who receives items of varying sizes on a regular basis, I have discovered that this box is capable of simply receiving and delivering anything from little goods to enormous delivery. Due to the fact that it is freestanding, I would be able to position it directly on my porch without having to make any adjustments. It fits in well with the façade of my house, and the contemporary style is really very appealing to the eye. Lockable safe storage compartment is one of the characteristics that I like the most about this product. When I know that my packages are being kept securely and are hidden from any prospective porch pirates, I experience a significant increase in my sense of calm. I enjoy that it comes with a pair of backup keys in the event that I lose the original key. The lock mechanism is simple yet efficient, and I am grateful for this feature. I believe that the cost is well worth it since it provides piece of mind, particularly if you are often away from home during the hours that it is being delivered.

The Assembly instructions are not great. Even with their assembly video, it was challenging. The video makes it look super simple, but it didn't come together that easily for me. I felt like I was wrestling an alligator at times. Victory was eventually mine though! There's a piece that fits along the inside front that's not screwed in. It's just supposed to fit in and stay. Well, when we unlock the door, that piece slides a little forward, making it hard to relock the door. You have to Pull it back into place each time so the lock can slide back into the groove. The box itself it okay. It's better than leaving the mail out front and packages left in plain sight at the office door. So if you buy this, just know it will probably take a couple of hours to assemble. In the end, it came together but it was touch and go a few times.

Looks ok, but too expensive for a cheap quality material. It lacks weight and sturdiness. Needs a better security lock. Water gets into it wetting letters and packages. Difficult to put together because of the design. The parts don’t fit properly. Had to reinforce certain parts. Need to be water proof and better designed. I gave it a 3 star only because I needed a drop box asap.

It arrived in good time. Very well packaged. When I assembled it I had a few problems but watching the video link and using the email address for support resolved those issues. Best customer support I think I've ever had. They listend and responed to my issues and immediately fixed them for future customers. It doesn't get any better than that. I have been using it for a couple of weeks. Now I can receive a package 7 days a week. Day or night, without any worry that it will be stolen or damaged by rain or wildlife etc. Solid and reliable. Amazon will ship my orders faster in seperate packages so I get my deliveries even faster now. Delivery personel recognize the box and know to place the package in it. It comes with a big sign to stick on the side. I love my new front porch look. Feliluke is the real deal. I recommend this product. UPDATE: After using this box for 5 weeks I can't believe the peace of mind it has brought. I no longer worry about when a package will arrive. Day or night, sleeping or at work. The porch pirates are no longer a concern.

very low quality and flimsy. The lock feels cheap and I’m not convinced it actually keeps anything secure. The “steel” feels flimsy. Assembly was a headache, and the instructions might as well have been in another language. It looks awkward and out of place on my porch. Definitely not worth the money. will return it without no use. just headache. :((((

Had a package thief stealing our deliveries. Set this up and screwed it down to the porch to keep it stable and secure. Very happy - just need to train your delivery drivers on how to use the box! You would think it is obvious, but I need to make a sign to show them how to open the door. May seem a little flimsy when you have all the panels, but once together, it's strong enough to do the job. Most thieves are not going to try breaking the box, they want a quick grab and go theft, so will likely move on and go to the next house after seeing this.

All I want is the missing screws but the only option is to return he whole darn thing. Of course you don’t discover parts are missing until you have the whole thing taken out of the packaging. It really isnt a reasonable solution. To pack it all up and get a whole new package and hope this time the all the parts are in there. It looks decent though just a piss poor QC in the packaging I’m guessing. Not sure what I’m going to do as I sit here looking at a floor filled with metal panels and a broken down cardboard box.

Works well. Only issue was that the included latch was very close clearance, and also quite brittle in cold weather, and the latch snapped apart on a very cold day when I locked the box after collecting a package. I replaced it with a more robust latch from Home Depot, which required a Dremel to adjust the receiving hole. Good sized parcel box, and we haven't had any parcels taken since installing it.

Very tricky assembly. The instructions and online video should be updated. We spent 8 hours, assembling this 3 times until it would work. Overall, the material is a bit more flimsy than expected. Also the lock requires a constant reset.

Canada post says they love it. I love it. It's perfect for securing my deliveries while I'm busy.
