Excellent product! Works well ob various hair types. Lots of product per package. Doesn't burn or irritate skin. I wish the instructions were just on the box and that there was less individual packing to reduce some waste. But the product itself is great

I am very disappointed. This product worked the very FIRST time and laminated my brows really well, however, when it was time to touch them up, its like the potency was gone. No lamination whatsoever. I thought maybe I didnt leave the product on long enough so I waited a month, tried the process again and nothing. Nothing like the first time. I found other reviews with similar issues on the contents not working after the first use so needless to say, I will not be using this brand again. What a waste.
