First purchased for a new recipe that was very specific. Now it’s the only dried oregano I use, which is so much that I subscribe so I don’t run out!

I have a recipe that calls for Mexican oregano. It emphasized that regular oregano lacks citrusy flavor notes that only Mexican oregano can provide. After smelling my newly opened bottle of McCormick Mexican oregano I have to agree. It was fresh and very aromatic. I had been unable to source Mexican oregano locally and defaulted to purchasing it online. I have years of positive experience with McCormick products and found their Mexican oregano to be competitively priced. I continue to trust and value McCormick products.

The chives that I got were freeze dried so they were just like they were fresh very flavorful thank you very much

I got this because getting it fresh for a small amount I need is not practical. I was skeptical of the taste it would have as I think dried herbs can lack taste. However, this is not the case with this. The flavor is outstanding for a dried product. In fact, the first time I used it I used too much as it was too strong. I adjusted the amount after that and am very happy with it, makes a great addition for scrambled eggs, potato soup, pasta salads, etc. Very happy with it, just would suggest starting with small amount and adjust as needed.
