have definitely noticed a decrease of pain in the shoulder I wear it, no instructions so setting it up and fitting it took a second set of hands (especially on the bicep part) but once it's set the front strap can be used to take it on and off for showering without much fuss...might be my body shape, but it does tend to ride up into my armpit and causes a rash, but I wear it underneath a button down shirt...also forewarning it has left dark lines on white t-shirts.Update: the strap has begun tearing and it will probably need to be replaced...probably won't buy again.

A waste of money. I am 6 ft and 220 lbs and of a athletic build and this brace is too small for my chest size. I did not return it as I am a busy person and time is money.

I have shoulder pain on the right side. I'm not sure from what but this gives me some relief along with taking ibuprofen.

Its nothing wrong about product , I am suffering shoulder tendon tore . need sport brace to help me reduced the pain . but one arm couldn't wear it, need some one help .so feel not easy to do it . that's why the brace is not works for me.

Not a one size fits all. I am a medium size woman, and it slides up, almost to choke me. Needs to have longer ends!!

Easy to fit ,very comftable,It helped my rotator cuff no end, and I can now use that arm.
