Great value for the money
Was concerned about buying this product because of the cost but it turned out to be extremely sharp and very easy to use. The only problem is the sheath that it comes in . this was not very well designed as you could possibly cut yourself.

It has a nice weight and the length of the blade is perfect fot roasts and brisket. Great handle.

Really good carving knife.
I use this for briskets, meats, sausage, and French bread without destroying it. To me, it was worth the price and buying. Be careful because it is sharp.
