Teaching my son martial arts.
I bought these for my son to use on our punching bag. He likes them and says they fit well. There is enough padding to protect his nuckels from the bag but not too much that they are too heavy or that they don't prevent him from making a proper fist.

I am a 25 year old woman and these fit me a little snug. So if you are an adult with small hands, these youth sized gloves may fit you. I didn't need anything legit, so these are perfect.
