Chef's Press/Burger Press
Pretty nice. Good weight to it. Use it all the time now for steak, grilled cheese, anything that needs good sear and contact with the pan. Use only two fingers lightly if you want to press down for steak otherwise you press too much and the juice from the steak ends up boiling the steak rather than getting a good crust.

Good product but not quite as heavy as I wanted
I purchased this for keeping bacon strips flat whilst frying. It worked perfectly and I enjoyed the best bacon sandwiches in a long time!I've dropped a star because I really wanted it to be a little heavier so I could just place it and leave it under its own weight.Apart from that, great item and definitely recommended.
