Heavy metal
This grill press is exceptional. It is heavy, which is something I was looking for. The handle is perfect. It is cool to the touch and gives a sturdy grip. Clean-up is simple, especially if you apply a little olive oil prior to use. Over all this press was exactly what I was looking for as an addition to my griddle.

Heavy Metal Pressurizes meat to cook quicker and necessary depending on time efficiency and or availability. Hands down great product but I am more a Rottweiler kind of guy just FYI.

Perfect size and weight!
I looked at other griddle presses but they were wimpy compared to this one. Hefty enough to keep your meat in contact with the hot surface so you get a great crust or char. Love it!
