POSITIVES: Perfect fit. Easy to remove to change the battery, and put back. Mild magnetic field helps to hold it in place on many surfaces and keep the cover closed. Holes for charging and headphone perfectly placed. Clear plastic bezel is attractive and shiny. Bi-fold works very nicely. Looks more expensive than it actually is.NEGATIVE: The LG turns on and off through a button on the back of the phone. If the front cover is closed over the face of the phone, there is a hole in the back cover exposing that button to turn the phone on and off. When the cover is open, as when it is mounted, I can't turn the phone on or off because that front cover does not have a hole to expose the button like the back cover does. If you need to restart or turn off your phone while it is in a mount, you have to remove it first, close the cover and then access the back turn off button.

After purchasing 5 different LG V20 cases, each with various issues ranging from shoddy build quality or missing features like a window for the second screen, this case is actually good. The folding kickstand pose is stable. The gel shell has taken a couple of drops from a foot or two onto hard surfaces with no damage to the phone, and all the cut outs leave room for a headphone jack and clear views for the camera and 2nd screen. Easily the best case for this phone on the market.

I'm going to order another one because the material is feels good in your hand, very slim and really has a classy look to it. The only downfall is the opening wide screen area on the top of the case cover where you can get a sneak peek of notifications on the very top corner may break because the material that holds it together is a plastic so just be careful not to bend that top area corner where the wide screen is.

Love this case! Protects the phone well. I like that you can close the cover and the screen will shut off. Less wear and tear on the power button. The texture of the cover allows you to have a good grip on the phone. Since the cover is PU, marks clean up easily. The only negative is that it's very awkward to use the camera app. You have to hold the case open. If you flip it back it will partially block the camera lens.

Very affordable case but this is the 2nd one that I have bought because the corners bend so easily on the cover. Just be aware of this. I have many cases and this one gets rotated out but still within two or four days of use the corners are bend on the front.

Great case, keeps my phone very protected, very durable material as well. Magnets have been holding up very well when closed and opened. When used as a stand while watching videos, phone doesn't fall over; it stands very well. I am able to put at most 3 credit cards or two credit cards with some bills or just bills in the credit card slot. Careful putting too much in the slots because the case will not close. If there was two card slots the phone case would be even better.

I really liked the feel of the case, however the top right corner of the front of the case is flimsy (where the V20's 2nd screen is at). A crack developed on the case in that spot. So due to that, it doesn't close properly.

Absolutely love this Flip Case! Fits perfectly. Like that you can fold cover back and it stays due to the magnet. Has raised protection for camera and front glass. Cover and back cover gives it nice grip. Hopefully less drops. Highly recommend!
