We are using this for our cold plunge and it works as described. Recently broke one of the inlet/output water nozzles where the hose connects at the top of the unit and need to purchase a replacement but can’t figure out where/how to buy it.

This worked great! For the 1st 3 weeks it worked perfectly and chilled the water nicely for my axolotl. Then about 3 weeks after getting it the cooling stopped. The pump still worked as I could see water moving through the tubes. I tried resetting it but to no avail. I tried the support option on Amazon, but returning was the only option. Sending it back and trying a new one with fingers crossed. If the new one makes it 2 months, I'll update my review.

I have had this chiller for 2 years and it is so much more quiet than the other one I have. Would buy over and over.

product arrived quickly but the two bulkhead nuts on the top that keep the return nozzles fixed to the top of the machine were cracked in half so they wouldnt work. i tried to reach out for replacement parts but they only offer a refund, not even replacement for the unit itself. anyways ill have to dismantle it and take it to a hardware or aquarium store to see if i can find the proper fittings. hope it works after all that.

I RECEIVED THIS A DAY EARLIER THAN PROMISED. I GOT IT INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY. MANY REVIEWS STATE THAT IT IS REALLY NOISEY. IT IS NOT IN FACT THEY COMPARE IT TO A REFRIGERATOR. MY FRIG MAKES MORE NOISE THAN THIS CHILLER.I HAVE A 90g SALTWATER AQUARIUM AND IT IS VERY ACCURATE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CHILLER.

I originally had an issue with my chiller making a high pitch noise while cooling. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to supply me with their larger unit as a replacement since the 160L was out of stock. They didn’t even have me return the original unit. Amazing service and a great chiller for the price.

First ... this shipped well. Packaging well protected and in good condition. Also, it installed easily and even came with its own 'maxi-jet' style pump and hose. It wasn't too hard to figure out the temp controls and I like the digital display. I have had many chillers over the years. Thats all i can say that was good ... as now that it's been running for several days (10) i can say for certain; This is the noisiest chiller i have ever heard. It rattles a lot when cooling water and even when it's not it still makes a lot of 'running' noises. Maybe i was spoiled with better chillers in the past, but just be aware - it's not quite.
