The lights are adjustable for how bright you want them and can be on permanent or on motion detection. I have them located at the top of stairs and at the base, both actually illuminating the treads so on dark days the stair treads are shown ahead of you whether going up or down. They work really well and are useful for my elderly dog when she wanders at night when she is checking to reassure herself that we are where she expects to see us, then she settles and sleeps through, it's her little ritual every night. I am going to purchase more of these for places like the loft or workshop that has electrics installed but you often fumble for switches, so with these they would illuminate where the lights are if adjacent to switch points. RECOMMENDED, good quality and easy to set up.

These are perfect little lights for our landing. Nice light, stays on a good amount of time and looks nice also.I would say if anything, slightly over sensitive but I guess that’s better than not coming on!

Comes on most of the time but it is in a hallway with only one window facing north. Motion sensor pretty good but to be fair it is in a socket about 40 cm above floor level. We had a number of guests over Christmas and they found it good for lighting the way to the bathroom without the need to put the ceiling light on.

I bought twice of this product. One for the landing, one for the stairs, one for the bedroom, one for the kitchen. So far so good. If a little bit brighter will be better. On the whole it is very useful when at night time.

They use a socket, i like the options for brightness and colour temperature of the light, they are bright however, i could personally have done with a bit more light, though for most applications in the dark they will be plenty bright enough. They have a PIR detector for people and dogs/cats as mine detects these. though i really would have liked a little more range/sensitivity. i use mine in a hallway that links two halves of my home, that is dark and i have to replace dawn/disk lamps when they wear out a few times now since owning my home. Over all i am happy with the lamp, they only come on when dark and triggered and i love the features though i have mine on mid warm/cold light colour. I would buy these again and recommend them. I have not had them for long yet, so cannot say how long they will last.

There are 2 lights, each with 3 settings (auto/off/on) along with a brightness setting. l use 1 in the lounge and the other in our bedroom.I absolutely love sensor lights because they are so convenient in that you don't have to turn a light on or off when you enter a room and these lights are on the sensor setting (auto). This is once you’re in the sensor activation zone of course.The lights work very well in our bedroom which gives us some light whilst we sleep so that our room is not in total darkness. Being able to adjust the level of brightness is also an advantage for us so that the level of light they emit is just right.We love them and would highly recommend them!
