i have a dell motherboard with one single connector port for power button and lights. Does this case have that or are they all separate connectors?

I notice a red led light below on the right side of my power buttonis light up what does this mean?

Does this case support a 360mm radiator and 3 120mm fans in front in addition to the 2 200mm fans? Or do the 200mm fans have to be removed?

How to remove the front panel just in case my fans are broken?
