Great all-around kit.
This ended up being a lot of fun for my eight-year-old. Really easy to put together for him, maybe took 30 minutes. I see a lot of complaints about it not working properly. It’s not rocket science. Make a few easy little adjustments and it will work great. For example, we kept having a problem with the coins falling out as they fell through the maze. Well, all you had to do is lean it back a millimeter or two and then it would work perfect. So we put a small dab of hot glue on the front of the white triangular stands. Works perfect. Sometimes things don’t work right out of the box and simple problem-solving needs to take place.

So neat! 9/10 DIY 7/10
I did have to tape the back a bit so the coins would fall in the right place, but it's pretty cool! Great idea and pretty good execution. Candy was in good condition but I will not be including it. My kid will love putting random stuff in this and it's super cool that she can switch up the fall obstacles, but coins do flop out of it. Not perfect, but good value for under twenty bucks.

Many pieces to put together!
Make sure you set aside plenty of time to set this up! I thought it would be fun for my 7 year old son who loves putting things together and I to build this together. There are many small pieces and gadgets, so have lots of patience. It is easy to use once everything is set up. Materials are mostly made of plastic and it can easily be broken so be carful. Fun experiments included in the booklet!

Fun to build and use
My son and I had fun building this and it works good to help him organize his coins. The candy is not great but still a fun prize to start. He enjoys choosing small toys to use as prizes for him and his brother. It was delivered on time with no missing parts and is a great size. Sometimes the coins fall out and don’t go through the organizer but that can be fixed it you tilt it back just a bit. It’s easy for him to use and reload the prizes. Would recommend

Waste of Money
I thought this would be so cool for my sons for Christmas & it was a nightmare from the second I opened the box. It is cheap & flimsy I think personally for the price tag & the directions are not super clear. You have to really really pay attention to the pictures or you’ll put a piece on backwards, etc. Once I got it together, it was a hit with my kids but that quickly came to an end when it kept falling apart & pieces were getting jammed, etc. This was something I wanted to hang on the wall as an incentive for my kids for behaving & doing things to help around the house, etc. Needless to say, it never even got the chance to be hung on the wall because pieces were already breaking. A lot of these reviews are crazy to me because this was a hunk of almost $40 junk in my eyes, but I guess it worked out for some people. & some of the pieces included to make different ways for the coins to go were just annoying & went straight in the trash (such as the little bell looking things, they aren’t bells at all.. they make the coin stop & it falls out of the machine completely wherever & rolls under things) This is taken apart & in the top of the junk closet just waiting for the trash which is unfortunate for almost $40 to be completely wasted. The candy included also tasted horrible & was an extremely weird texture that left a weird “film” on your fingers just from touching it. I would just save your money & put it towards a STEM activity that actually works, stays together, doesn’t break so easily, & is worth the money.

Kids favorite
This product is super easy to put together. No tools required, just snap parts together by hands. The mechanics are so simple, there’s really no reason for it not to work except if you have a missing or broken parts situation. However, it does require that the instructions be followed carefully because some details are easy to be missed by a child, e.g., the orientation of certain parts. The finished product instantly became a hit with my 5 and 9 year old boys. They picked out all the smaller candies they got from the last Halloween, as well as coins from their piggy bank, and played with this candy vending machine nonstop. They plan on charging their friends for candies when they come for play dates and expect that they will gladly pay for them because of the fun of it. The boys also excitedly talked about where to source exotic candies to make their friends more motivated to pay, say, a trip to the Japanese store. Alternatively I think we can also turn it into a mini toys vending machine which is an added fun. On a final note, our kids are not looking to make money - their friends usually just come by anytime and rummage through our house for snacks. It’s really just for the fun of having a “vending machine”.

Fun but not functional
Unfortunately the machine is not actually functional as some of the connecting parts are too flimsy to operate mechanically as they should. It was fun to put together and you can still drop coins into it...it just won't sort the coins properly or allow you to open the candy dispensers as it is meant to.

Very cool
This was a Christmas gift for our daughter and she loves it. The candy came melted but the company replaced it fairly quickly.(we used Christmas candy in the meantime) really fun to put together and fun to come up with new ways to move the pieces around.
