First off, the prying tool doesn't work at all, and after using it once it's deformed beyond the point of being useful. Now, I gave the product 2 stars, because the product does work. It goes in, fit and finish isn't GREAT, but mind you that if you have a broken bumper this does work once you install it. The reason I'm giving it two stars is because...1. The bumpers get jammed if you press too hard.2. Sometimes if you press one bumper, the other bumper will register as being pressed.3. This is more so looks besides functionality but the color is a little off, won't match OEM colors.These problems are because of the poor design of microsoft, but this product wasn't machined PERFECTLY, so therefore isn't going to work perfectly.If you press light enough on each of the bumpers, they work okay. BUT, when playing high intensity video games, usually you're pressing these bumpers with a fair amount of pressure. I find myself dying in my games a lot because my bumpers got stuck.If anyone can offer a fix for me, or if the seller would be willing to contact me and help me fix this I would be willing to change my review.

I finally got around to replacing the parts on my controller. First, compared to the original part, the replacement is thinner and flimsy. If you know about fixing these parts then you'll know the controller has no springs to make the Bumpers bounce, it bounces off it's own material flexion from it's center. It's too flimsy to produce a good recoil. No matter which one I tried I always had one side or the other not work because it wouldn't "pop" back up. I found this item to be unusable in my replacement efforts.

One of the bumper triggers was broken upon arrival. These pieces are pretty fragile for the amount of pressure (number of taps) endured during each game. However, they should be able to ship without being broken in the mail. Poor Q&A.I installed the good one with a little work. Definitely not OEM part.

The parts did not fit directly as the OEM. The mounting holes in the center were not big enough and I had to drill them out (which was very nerve-racking since they're such thin and delicate pieces). Holes drilled out fine and then it fit perfectly. Color does not match the original. These are more of a silver color while the OEM are closer to a dull chrome; not noticeable to others until I point it out but I notice it and it bothers me every time I look at it. Overall the controller works well. Once in awhile the bumpers will get stuck and a little extra force pushes them back into place (could have to do with how I assembled the controller back together).

Immediately after installing this product I could tell that it wasn't going to work like it should. The "RB" button felt fine but the "LB" button still felt "sticky"(as it had felt with the original bumpers before replacement). I have already ordered a new set of bumpers. Wouldn't recommend this product, although this wouldn't be a problem if Microsoft took initiative towards producing better quality products.
