I am so glad that I got this Fidget toy. Yes I am an adult and it helps me with my anxiety. It also helps me stay focused. It goes with me everywhere. Small enough to fit in my purse. I have even taken it to work and it sits on my desk. When I need to focus on my job I can easily pick it up. This fidget toy is for all ages

Got them for child for birthday, who absolutely loves them and has been playing with them all weekend.Not too noisy, but not an absolutely silent fidget toy, either. Sturdy plastic and each joint spins easily. The head and tail bits are a little difficult to move, which is a plus, imo, to keep them closer to where you want them, but does make it hard to change their location by just pulling along the twists. Haven't tried to take them apart and put them together yet as they're being loved as is currently.Definitely going to look for more for later 😊😁
