Reliable, Comfortable, and Excellent for Gaming
I bought the Sony INZONE Buds after returning the SteelSeries Arctis GameBuds due to software issues (was getting massive stutter in games and audio playback), and so far the Sony ones have been great. The standout feature is that the Sony software is entirely optional - it doesn’t need to run constantly for the buds to work properly, and it causes no issues when it’s active. Unlike the SteelSeries, you can control the volume seamlessly with the built-in volume controls or the Windows volume slider without needing proprietary software, which is a huge plus and how all gaming earbuds should be.Comfort and sound quality are excellent, though I’d say the sound isn’t quite as rich as the SteelSeries GameBuds. That said, the overall experience more than makes up for it. The charging case feels more premium, the wireless dongle works flawlessly, and I’ve experienced no noticeable latency in games. The battery life seems awesome and they just keep on going for ages without needing to be topped up in the charging case.I haven’t tested the ANC yet, but based on Sony’s track record, I’d imagine it’s excellent as well. It's worth noting as well that windows likes to default the audio to the chat profile which sounds naff so make sure it's set to the other one for the best sound.Overall, the INZONE Buds are reliable, easy to use, and well-designed. I couldn’t be happier with them - an easy 5-star product!

Best Gaming Earbuds Available, but still not perfect.
I was quite torn between giving these 5 or 4 stars. In my opinion as far as gaming earbuds go, these are the best. They sound great, the battery is outstanding. As they don't go too deeply inside your ears, they are comfortable for long hours. The noise cancellation is good enough for home use. And the latency is unnoticeable. Mic sounds like one would expect a earbud mic to sound, does the job but not great.Software has all the customization I expect: Adjustable Touch controls, Equalizer, Noise Cancelling, Ambient Sound, Sidetone, profiles per App/Game.There are only a couple of real issues I have with them:The biggest being the noise floor is pretty high, what that means is that there is a constant noticeable hiss in the background which can be heard when nothing is playing.Another is that besides the 2.4GHz they only use Bluetooth LE, which will only connect to LE compatible devices. As this is clearly stated, and because the device is mainly supposed to be used as 2.4GHz device, I don't find it a huge deal. But I just wish I could connect these to more of my devices if I ever choose to.

Great sound but poor mic!
Unboxing the headset is a bland experience with little to look at with Sonys eco friendly packaging. Included in the box is the headset, usb-c charging cable and the dongle. Would be nice if there was at least a cloth case as with some other headsets of this price. The headset on first glance looks pretty bulky in comparison to other brands with its air control style ear cups. The quality feels pretty good, all the hinges are smooth and don’t creak. The buttons, flip to mute mic and ear pads all feel solid and long lasting. The headset feels pretty solid but one things that lets the quality down is the Matt finish which can be easily marked and get dirty not really a problem as it can be wiped down just an observation.Setting up is super easy just plug the dongle into the device you wish to use it on and set the little slider on the dongle to PS5 or PC. One thing to note on setup is that the INZONE app only works on a windows pc (requirements are listed in description) which means macbook owners won’t be able to customise the eq, side tone and other features of this headset. PlayStation is just plug and play with no access to eq like on the pulse 3D headset which may be changed in a future PlayStation update as it was with the pulse 3D.The INZONE app is ok and has some good features, you can customise your eq, side tone, mic volume, Bluetooth and a few other things but to be honest it’s a waste of time if you’re planning on using this headset for PS5 only as most of the features of the app don’t save to the headset so any eq etc only work when on PC with the app running in the background. From experience only things that seem to carry over from the app to PS5 are side tone, ambient mode adjustment, Bluetooth adjustments and which modes you want active(noise cancellation, ambient mode) which is a little disappointing.Sound quality is superb with greats highs and punchy bass, the clarity blows my previous artic 7Ps out the window with explosions and gun fire in call of duty sounding far clearer without that fuzziness on top. Story games such as God of war ragnarok are great especially with noise cancellation on, it truly creates the immersion desired. The sounds like I said before can be customised on PC but is setup already on PS5 and stuck at that eq for now but to be fair it’s very good and directional sound is amazing as it’s fully compatible with the tempest 3D audio in the PS5 so it’s easy to hear where sounds are coming from such as footsteps. My only criticism of the sound on PS5 is sometimes the bass can overpowering in a busy small map on call of duty but isn’t too bad and still impressive but that eq sure would be nice to get it to my preference.Mic quality is the thing most people criticise this headset on but to be honest it’s perfectly acceptable for in game chat and PlayStation party with no complaints from everyone I play with, some even commented I sound loud and clear but for streamers and anyone planning on using it for a similar purpose you will probably need an external mic for the quality as it isn’t on par with some other headsets at this price point. The biggest let down for me is the side tone(mic monitoring), it does work but I can hardly hear myself when trying to talk to people while game volume is at the level I like unlike my 7Ps which I could hear myself clearly making is easy to talk and make sure I’m not speaking to loud not sure if this will change with a update or not.Comfort is amazing, the ear cups are nice and big and got plenty of depth for even the biggest dumbo ears like mine. The material of the ear pads is like a leatherette and feels very comfy and soft and doesn’t seem to make my ears too hot even after hours of gaming. Great for use with glasses and doesn’t apply too much pressure anywhere. Despite its bulky looks it’s very light and comfortable wear for long gaming sessions.Overall very reliable connection with no dropouts on the dongle and Bluetooth. Has a pretty good range but if you have thick stone walls like my house then it understandably struggles. The simultaneous audio is Great been able to take phone calls and watch videos while listening to the game.To summarise if you buying this for PlayStation 5 it’s great with it’s integrated controls on the PS5 system but lacking the sound customisation and not the best of mic quality or side tone. If buying for PC it’s pretty great but there are a lot of other headsets out there for similar or a little more that would probably be better. I enjoy this headset as its super comfy and mainly use it on PS5. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you get this headset and hopefully they’ll be futures updates to come that’ll fix some of the let’s downs.

The Best Gaming Buds 12hrs battery, Better Vr10 earbuds.
The Sony inzone buds are amazing, yes they are expensive, but now that i have them i can tell you its worth the cost, they are very comfortable, i ended up using softer tips for mine, the battery life is the best you can get for any gaming earbuds 12 hours, this is one of the main reasons i got them, i have been using the soundcore vr10 earbuds for a year and half and I'm tired of the 4hrs battery and lower volume, i would be in a game like hunt showdown or helldivers 2 and the battery would let me know its about to cut out, the sound quality of the sony buds are very noticeably much better than the vr10, I'm hearing new sounds and details in the games i play, the volume is also higher for my games and music, try my equalizer profile if you are not sure, and turn off spatial sound and dynamic range if you want the max sound volume, I also have no hissing sound in the background as reported by others, my buds are perfect, the mic is also good and clear and loud for others to hear you in game, I'm a pc gamer with a ps5 and xbox series x, i use these buds on my pc and vr10 for the rest. Right now these are the best gaming wireless buds for pc gaming and consoles i think.
