With the equivalent of 4 cups of coffees worth of caffeine, it was a little much for me. I have been using Hyde signature, and honestly, the only difference for me was the noticeable higher caffeine content which made me rage even after my workout was complete. Not a bad formula, but the original works just as well overall for me without that uneasy feeling too much caffeine gives you.
