The media could not be loaded. We installed the Sapphire 60 inch Electric fireplace into a high rise condo with poor insulation and an outdated steam heat system. Mornings can get pretty chilly in the winter. The heat function on the Sapphire keeps the living room a pleasant temperature. The LED lights and flame display add a beautiful focal point to the space. Finally, the product is priced right!The installation was very easy to do. It works best with 2 people to insert the unit and the long glass front must be removed by holding each end and tilting as shown in the instruction manual.

Update 10/14/24: The manufacturer made good on their promise, and sent me a new remote. Great communication and quick service.I received the Fireplace and really liked the the sleek design and multiple options for the different colors of fire. Since we were building a new entertainment center in a home purchase in Mesa, Arizona where its been over a 110 degrees each day we haven't gotten to really enjoy the fireplace just yet. The unit was missing the remote control, that is why I couldn't give the 5 star. I have reached out to the manufacturer and they are willing to send me the missing remote.....I would then change it to a 5 star!

The install wasn’t done by me but the instructions looked pretty easy to follow.The look of the this fireplace is one of the better ones out there. I wanted something that wouldn’t be too bulky looking and this delivered with its thinner bezel look. At the time of purchase i found it to be more affordable than other options out there of comparable design.The flames also look pretty good and there are various settings such as color and brightness. If you get tired of one you can switch them around. The imitated crackling sound of the fire is a nice touch.As far as the heating goes it does a decent job of providing heat to a smaller room but it’s probbaly best just to sit near it.Would recommend!

Love this Fireplace and all the LED light color options. Looks very nice installed and works as it should. Highly recommend!!

The fire place keeps making twitching noises like it’s going to catch fire. It constantly goes back and forth making the noises. Like there’s a short in it or something.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this item some weeks ago and now it is fully installed. Once installed, I was really surprised about how nice and amazing quality it is. The fireplace came with all accesories. We're about to move in to our new house and this item creates a really good-looking living room.

Product got to me super fast, faster than originally projected. Was in great shape and works fantastic. Fire looks and sounds real. Great product for the money.

The photo will show you that it goes from 71F-140F. THIS IS FALSE!!!! It only goes to 88F. I even asked and a customer replied that it does. It is a beautiful product with great features but i specifically purchased this because i was told it went past 88F. Don't be fooled! Plus it is loud. Otherwise, the logs, heat fan and colors are great.
