Overall this is a great knee immobilizer brace. I bought it for my 14 yr old daughter who strained an LCL recently. Fits her well. As others have noted it works best worn over pants of leggings to prevent it slipping. The only complaint she has had is that after a week of wearing it, some of the velcro does not stay stuck well now. 1 strap in particular keeps coming undone. Overall I recommend this product though.

This brace has been a lifesaver for me. Broke my kneecap and was given a brace by the Dr that kept slipping down to my ankle after a few steps. The strap on this brace helps to keep it from slipping down and I can walk without it moving too much. It can be a little uncomfortable as the strap moves back and forth as I walk, but it is much better than a brace without the strap. It would be much better if the strap had a little padding on the shoulder area. Overall, it does the job

I bought this to immobilize my left knee. While it works really well, it wasn't what I needed to help the injury to my knee, but I kept it because it was a very good price, well made and in the future someone in my family will benefit from using this brace.

I got this to wear at night, and it slides around like crazy. I remember one reviewer mentioning that wearing pants or leggings under it would stop the shifting, but I don't wear long pants at night. I could not imagine walking around with this thing on during the day. I miss my old white version from the old days, with 85,000 velcro straps that always stayed put.

Nice big heavy $500 brace does what a cheap brace does. It slips down the leg. This one doesn't. I got this for my mother and 1. prefers this 2. even without the belt (no instructions on putting it on but we have guessed a couple of ideas (around the neck?) but even without it, it has hooks that are easy to pull it back up. Easy. ! They originally gave her what I think is a $17 brace that had the metal chop into her ankles. This one they appear not to come out so this is comfortable (20 inch one). I can't say the fit and comfort is going to be best for everyone. I guess I found a good one first time going. And the therapists like this one as well. Hey if a $40 one beats out a $500 one, certainly the Value for the Money is fantastic.

The product was not strong enough to support me. I initially wanted to return it but the cost of returning it was too much for me.So I just keep it at home

I purchased this product specifically for the harness strap option. This feature did not disappoint. I think it could benefit from a padded shoulder option (like on a messenger type bag) as the bare strap does tug and pull as you walk.The Velcro is very strong and stayed in place all day (IF wearing the strap).I tried at least 4 others before finding this little gem! Buy it people! Stop the constant frustration of bending over and redoing straps every time you take 10 steps! With the added shoulder strap in play (you don’t have to use it) you’ll never be buns-up restrapping Velcro ever again!
