They were stale.
The crust was harder than usual and the filling was all dried out. I got them the same day as the expiration date on the box. Will not buy any more of these. No more online food orders.

These are very good little pies . Don’t keep too long. They get a little chewy if kept too long.

They came wrapped well. It was hot outside when delivered, so I put them into the refrigerator. Since they weren't squashed they did not stick to the paper. Size is perfect. Fresh and delicious!
