These were the perfect solution for me. I have two rooms where the tables don't have much space and I needed a place to put multiple remote controls for different things. The size is compact compared to other ones I've seen and the cavities are very generous. I could fit 2 remotes in silicone protectors in each section. Examples of what kind of remotes can fit at least 1, if not more, in each cavity: Roku, Fire stick, some TV remotes like Samsung/Visio, Ceiling fan, Fairy lights, etc. I do not have a large universal remote, but I would think it would fit in that large of a cavity. They are not wide enough to fit my smartphone, but that's not what I got it for. These are sturdy, clear (not an eye sore), and so far I have had no issues at all with quality. I would buy more if I needed to.

This thing is PERFECT! I have this AMAZING clip-on table for the arm of my couch. (Link to table below - I do not receive a commission for any of this. I wish I did. Lol) The table keeps my toddler from "pirating" my TV remotes from the arm of the couch, where I've always set them The only problem was that remotes and things would slide off the table, when I moved that area of the couch or reached across it. (Since I have the table sitting back as far as it can and the arm tilts back slightly, where it meets the back of the couch, the table tilts slightly, too. ***It wouldn't tilt if I had it on the front of the arm, where it's supposed to be.*** But, I have to push it back so my toddler can't reach it. So, I got this perfectly-sized, super-inexpensive remote control organizer. It's quality built. Just don't step on it. 😉 Since the table is already tilted, obviously the remote organizer is going to slide. So, I used really strong, double-sided 3M tape I already had. (Link for tape below.) The underside of the remote organizer has a little lip around the edges. So, I put the 1/4" inch tape along all four bottom edges and stuck it to the table. I am beyond ecstatic with how awesome it is. The remote organizer takes up FAR less room than the remotes did when they were just set on the table. No more remotes falling down between my couch and my overfilled end table. No more trying to reach for fallen remotes over the top of the table, while trying not to knock anything else off of it. I know it's funny. But hey, this does EXACTLY what I needed. The remote organizer even has extra room for other things, along with the remotes. I just put some nail clippers in it, my glasses are hanging on the side, pens... I have three remotes - two fire TV remotes and one Samsung TV remote that charges by light. The fact that the remote holder is clear enables light to charge the Samsung remote, too. BONUS! Perfect for my remotes for my LED Lights, fireplace, & TV remote. I like that it is not huge & each remote as its own compartment.

This clear acrylic case has four slots for remotes. They're little wide so if you put just one remote in one slot it can slide around. I try to double up and put two in each slot. I do have too taller remotes that slide back and fourth if I put them in the first three slots, so I put it in the third slot and it's pretty steady. It seems sturdy and won't cause the remote holder to flip over. The clear color is neutral and goes with any color scheme.

The size is small but it works perfectly. At first I thought it was not going to be tall enough but it works great for all remotes. Two things I didn't like but fixed easily - First, the holder itself slides too easily. This was remedied with little rubber feet (as shown in the picture) placed in the corners and center under the holder. Second, the remotes would slide and not stay put (also an annoying 'clack' when putting the remotes back). This was fixed with some scrap foam pieces cut to size (in my case, I used punch-outs from coin holders). Now - Perfect! The remotes don't slide or clunk and the holder itself stays in-place. All-in-all - perfect for holding short and tall remotes. I would recommend this without hesitation.
