I was diagnosed with GAD in 2014, and suffered from the effects of GAD for a few years, before I was prescribed Ativan. While Ativan was okay, I didn't like the drowsiness, the emotional numbness, and the fact that it could be addictive. I've always been interested in trying herbal remedies, as opposed to pharmaceuticals, but was always skeptical of any testimonials I've read online.I started a new job a month ago, which took me beyond my comfort zone. The pay is fantastic, but it's a bit stressful. I ended up having a mini-meltdown after work. That same day, I researched anything on Amazon, that might possibly help me, saw the CalmSense product, and after reading the reviews, I immediately ordered the product on a Thursday evening. I received the product on Saturday (I paid extra for fast shipping, that's how eager I was!). I took a half of the suggested dose, and expected nothing. I was wrong. Within 30 minutes, I noticed a huge difference. I don't get irritated by small things, I don't ruminate, my erratic sleep patterns have stopped, and I'm not irritable. (Not even during PMS, or during my period.)While there are moments when I do get angry, or irritated, I feel that I'm better equipped to manage my emotions, since using CalmSense. I haven't noticed any negative side effects, since I've been taking CalmSense.

First I want to mention that there is an opportunity to get a free bottle when you purchase a bottle but this is not explicitly used in exchange for reviews, my review is entirely my own opinion and experience but women who struggle with pre-period symptoms should consider this product.Since I was expecting to spend a decent amount of money on supplements instead of buying each type that I needed individually I was hoping to find one that combined a few of them.There's a lot of good things in here for period support including b vitamins, zinc, and ashwaganda. I personally found that the zinc was a problem for me, it made me quite nauseous, but I mitigated the problem by eating a meal before taking the vitamins. I do struggle to take vitamins consistently but even with my rather erratic consumption I find that I am less tired throughout the day, I don't crash as hard in the afternoon and my mood is greatly improved (I struggle with depression). The only time this didn't impact my mood was the day before my period but considering what my pre-periods have looked like that is a huge win for me.I will absolutely buy this in the future.

So I bought this product to supliment my anxiety meds I take usually because my mom passed away this month and life has been crazy ever since. I had been contemplating asking my doctor to up the milligrams on my meds but I have been taking this since I got it a little over a week ago and it has helped. The doctor knows I have horrible situational anxiety and this has actually managed to keep that at bay. Before I started taking it I would cry at the drop of a dime and wig out over small stuff. I take 2 capsules after dinner each night and my mood swings are very controlled now. I was also waking every night around the time my mom passed (2:49am) and having panic attacks or even 4am with horrible panic attacks that kept me from efficiantly working and living. I believe rhis product has truly helped all that. If you have anxiety, depression and or ptsd consider buying this product and hopefully it helps you like it has truly helped me. I know I have only been taking it a little over a week but its been a much more peaceful week for sure.

This stuff is great! I've been taking them for about 2 weeks and they are better than most prescriptions I've taken. My husband who is a non believer in any product also thinks they work great for stress and anxiety. The feeling is noticeable, suddenly there is calmness surrounding you. It's a great feeling, considering I'm a nervous wreck whose mind is constantly racing all of the time. I've tried other products from Amazon with great reviews and none have worked which made me skeptical of this. But this is incredible. Try it.Update: started these on 10/17 today is 11/14. At first these pills appeared to be wonderful but after some time it's as if they have no effect. As if you are now used to them. I've used them every other day. Also, I started getting terrible stomach pains after using this supplement. Unsure if I will order this again.
