When I got the bottle out of the box I initially felt like it was a little lighter than i thought. I took the top off and squeezed it to the point where it was pretty much squeezed all the way and I could still see nothing. So, I put a skewer in and there's barely half a bottles worth of product. :/ sucks. Returning.

This is not an at home product. Truly a professional item. I bought to test before I used on clients. I will use personally but not on my clients. I let it stay on longer than directed not a goid idea. Felt like I had a chemical peel and pores to visible now. It works will not add to my skin care regime but will supervise use for my son as he has issues with blackheads and this is product is working for him very well. All visible blackheads are diminishing. I can not stress not a home product. Consult you skincare professional first. Also if you read label very few natural ingredients besides the charcoal.

I had heard great things about this mask & was anxious to try! First off, the consistency is like thick molten lava, I would advise placing bottle in warm water before application. I followed directions to the tee. Some parts of the mask came off easily, whereas other parts were bloody torture to remove. My husband & I both Applied the mask together. I'm giving 3 stars because once I finally removed all of it *(2 hours later) my skin felt great... maybe because it peeled to my soul. Also my hubby & I laughed so hard at each other trying to remove it, that's priceless. Wouldn't purchase Again.

Okay so I bought a couple things from elegance and I absolutely love the black mask. It smells really good. A very distinctive smell I can’t describe it because it’s unique but I guess I could say it smells clean. Very thick and hard to rub off your hands so be sure to use latex gloves or disposable gloves. I had some trouble removing it from my hands. As it begins to dry it has a nice adhesive. It’s not too strong and comes off comfortably. I was amazed as to the black and white heads It was pulling from the skin. So the only reason I’m giving a 4 Star is because it takes too long to completely dry. 1st attemp was about 20mins, then 30mins, and then finally 35mins it was completely dry. You won’t regret it. Best bang for your buck.

This black mask is a great investment. I am a barber who recently started offering the black mask as an added service and my clients love it. Will be ordering more soon.

When the package was delivered today on time so I’m giving a star but I noticed it was open, no seal on the bottle like it was half full.

The product is harder to take off than you would think. It doesn’t seem to remove any black heads from my skin.

This mask may hurt sensitive users but it works great !
