What a delightful looking gift. Great value for money looks expensive. Great quality could not recommend enough.

Presentation of the set is good, flavours are lovely

This lovely gift set consists of two boxes of each flavour covering 8 different flavours. In each box there is a single brew bag with loose leaves. This gives a very authentic tea flavour, not like supermarket tea bags, but like you would get from a proper tea shop.On the box there is information about the tea type and also how best to enjoy it.The boxes are all held together is a very Christmassy themed package with beautiful artwork on both the individual boxes and the slip case, this makes it great as a gift for any tea lover.My only gripe is I could not find any information about the material used for the brew bags and they look like they might not be biodegradable.Overall, a great set of tasty teas presented in a beautiful gift box.

Beautifully packaged tea selection for tea lovers, great to gift

I love drinking tea, and so when this Charbrew set came up for review I was intrigued to see what the selection would be like. First off, the packaging is awful for a gift set with way too much plastic. The packaging is excessive, even for a gift set. Whilst the packing is attractive, I can't see how for just 18 teabags the price is £8.99. If it came in a nice wooden or tin box, I could just about justify the price, but even then, I would want fantastic flavours in the tea, which brings me to the next point I'd like to make. The Earl Grey and English Breakfast tea are exactly how I would hope them to taste. The English Breakfast makes a lovely strong cup of tea, and the Early Grey has the perfect balance of tea and bergamot and is refreshing to drink. However, any of the teas with spices in them such as the Apple and Cinnamon, I just found the spices overpowering the over flavours to the point of not being drinkable.In summary, not the greatest flavours or packaging, and is overpriced. I am being generous by giving 2-stars based on the two more traditional tea bag flavours.
