Mishimoto MMUS-F2D-08 Upper Support Bar Compatible With Ford 6.4 Powerstroke 2008-2010 Stealth Black

This is the third time in five years the radiator has went out in my 2008 6.4. I replaced it this time with the all aluminum mishimoto and also the mishimoto upper support member. The factory upper support bends very easily and the mishimoto is a fabricated welded piece. No bends at all. Clearly great quality items and direct fit. Hopefully they hold up over time.

Purchased this with the corresponding all aluminum radiator from Mishimoto. This fit perfectly and is clearly thicker and stronger than the stock cross member. Thanks Mishimoto for your excellent products. You're my new favorite manufacturer of automotive cooling products, and I'll be telling everyone I know.

showed up damaged paint unfortunately needed my truck couldn’t send back …. all the hardware provided torqued still backed out almost lost my hood due to the latch bolts coming loose l… for the amount of money spent very disappointed

This is a must if you are installing an after market cold air return pipe on your 6.4L. Gives you way more room and you are not weakening the stock mount by cutting it. Went right in with no problem.

It appears to be a good sturdy support but the way I received it and the quality of the paint is lack luster at best. The paint is cracked and chipping right out of the box. I’m gonna have to strip and repaint it before I can install it so it doesn’t rust.

08 F350 6.4 Powerstroke: Excellent fit and finish and easy install. Looks & works great with 3" aftermarket cold air piping no grinding for clearance needed, unlike the OEM support that requires it.
