Looks Great. Poor craftsmanship.
This is has to be a record on how fast these things broke. As soon as I took it out of the box and threaded the handles on, the metal threading broke (they are glued on to the resistance coils) and now it is stuck inside one of the handles.

Not for me
Pretty nice set of hand grips, but they were too difficult for me and I returned them. Probably be great for someone younger and stronger!

Hand strength with this item.
The lowest spring is tough enough to start out with. I'm 63. I was always very athletic. But the last 5 years have been tough. A number of physical conditions have changed me. But, I'm getting back on the right path starting with getting my hand strength back. I've had the gripper a week and in about two weeks, I bet I'll move up to the next spring. Great improvement.

Identify and mark the springs
It was stated in a lot of reviews that the springs were unmarked and could not tell them apart.Well, if you weigh them on a kitchen scale and set them in order lightest to heaviest then mark them with a silver metallic sharpie as I didyou just solved the mystery.1=100 1.5=150 2=200 2.5=250 3=300

Do not buy.
These hand grips were created for the incredible hulk. I am not a small guy and the two smallest coils were all that were usable. Of course figuring out which size is which is a challenge since the coils are not labeled in any way. Additionally, the way the coils are stored in the case results in the powdercoat on the coils being scratched very easily. It is clear that very little thought and testing went into rhe design of these and I will be returning.

Cheap Glue on springs
The glue holding the threads to the spring comes loose from tension. Perhaps using a stronger glue or epoxy will work. I am gonna try to glue it back but it sucks to have to fix an item 2 days after receiving it.

Let’s try this again
The second spring of five (150-lbs) has failed. The threaded insert that permits the handles to be attached has become loose, causing the spring to be unusable. It will be hard to advance my grip strength in that I now have to jump from 100-lbs to 200-lbs. I’ll try to return for a replacement of the same set because it is an awesome product.
