This product came dead on arrival. I did attempt to charge it but no lights ever indicated it was charging and even plugged in it would not come on.I like the idea of this as I work outdoors and the size for me was great but that whole “i doesn’t work” thing got me.I recommend something that is more reputable.

First impressions of the CXLiy Neck Air Conditioner, a more detailed review to follow in a week or so. 1. I am a person living with MS. Heat, cold and humidity have a significant impact on my body. Temperatures above 80 degrees and below 70 degrees began to effect my walking and balance. The greater the extreme, the greater the impact to the point that I can become immobile. I tried 2 neck fans with micro chip cooling. The CXLiy Neck Air Conditioner has three areas of cooling versus two from a competitor. I returned the neck fan with two. 2. I have only needed to communicate with amazon retailers after sales departments on a few occasions, each time my experience has been positive. However, the CXLiy Neck Air Conditioner after sales department was first class. I reached out to the after sales department and within 30 minutes received a response. I received amazing technical help over several messages, it was as if I was talking live to a person. I received the support I needed, practically in real time; which is allowing me to continue enjoying this product. 3. I have used the product twice on mode 1 or 2 (low and moderate cooling) at an outdoor sporting event, 85 degrees with direct sun exposure, to balance cooling and battery life. The battery easily lasted the hour+ I needed it too and results were positive. In addition, I have used the product indoors on mode 1, multiple times with great results and battery life. The center back cooling plate is critical and definitely helped manage my internal body temp. 3. I will be trying the unit out in more extreme temperature and duration soon and will provide more info.

The arms are too short on this coil item. It hardly reaches my neck girth up front so the exhaust of hot air is extremely uncomfortable to the point i that i have to take it off. If it would be geared more to Western neck sizes i. e. 2 unches longer, it could work. The e plates rhemselves do get colder than the more expansive items unless i got a bad one but I'm exchanging it to make sure. Be careful laying on a pullow not to suffercate the air vents.Again, for small necks this would work, I'm 6.1 and 210, it is too short to avoid heat exhaust.

The advertisement description says it will stay on your neck even when jogging. This is definitely false!! The first day It fell off my neck from only walking. Once it fell off and landed on the floor it broke! I wouldn’t buy this unless you’re planning on sitting still. Otherwise, the product worked good.

The product is awesome works as it should in cold and warm modes. The only down fall is that long hair is pulled into the fan. Holds a charge for a long time.

It really is a great idea but it needs some serious tweeking. The cooling plates do work however, the motor puts out so much heat it overpowers the plates and you are hotter with the device than without it. You also need a fan to circulate some air around where the plates are not touching.

The new and improve CXLiy Neck Air Conditioner has made a major upgrade from the previous version. The neck AC as shown is completely wireless and the device holds its charge and the battery last for an entire workout session and keep its temperature. The device is also fast charged through USB C. The device has a hot and cold option for the neck. Three metal plates is where the AC is generated. Also, with this upgraded version you are able to see the battery level and the temperatures. When a temperature is set you are able to physically see the temperature drop or increase one temperature at a time. The CXLiy Neck Air Conditioner has multiple options for the temperature changes. The cold setting have these three set of temperatures 15, 20, and 25. The hot setting have these three set of temperatures 35, 45, and 55. You can adjust the temperature by pressing the side circle button up and down. I work out 5 days a week and I must say the product is true to what is shown. The temperatures actually do change based on what you set the temperature to. The product is very durable and you can physically see the fans activate through the small vents. I highly recommend this neck air conditioner that's wireless.

I bought two of these. They aren’t too heavy. They are easy to wear around the house. I bought them as the Air fan only covers a part of the apartment. I wear this when I do chores in the rest of the Apt. there is a problem with them though. Yes, they do work, the metallic bars keep me cool but then the heat of the exhaust takes away any benefit I had. These weren’t cheap so I will test the second one to see if they are both like this. If not then only one is broken and I will return it.
